Wow that might be the nicest fixed blade collection on RUclips. And that includes the DBK boys collection. I’m totally jealous. Just started my fallkniven collection. Met a guy who’s uncle dies and was a collector. Managed to scoop up 8 Fallknivens for $600.
Thank you very much. I'm the one jealous because you score 8 fallkniven for 600. That is a steal. Fallkniven is a company that has the most consistent quality in the market.
You have an epic collection of very-very good, first class knives my brother. You even have Busse blades in your collection....my word, as a person who has worn a fixed blade for fourteen/fifteen years now, I must say, I've never seen a person with such an impressive collection of really nice knives. Well done sir, you really have great taste. Take care, and be well.
I really like fixed blade knives. The crazy part is nobody as far as stores carry any of the good fixed blades. I have a big collection of folders I dont even like because of this.
Same with me I wish they had a full tang Knife store.. I would buy everything they had...but the stores the carry knives have the knives..they don't carry the top knives...but they have folders all over..
I like the LT Pronghorn, I've never really taken a look at it and just realized that's a perfect looking carving/bushcrafter.. Out of all your blades I only have one of them, my Benchmade Bushcrafter . I love it BUT had to change the edge cause it cut like a pocket knife out of box. ...You need a Tops Brakimo it's so fun to use. I gave mine a 19° edge it's the sweet spot for that scandi vexxed beast. Honestly though with all you have it might be boring for ya LOL 😆 All I can say is DAAAANG BRO ! That's some awesome eye candy.
Thank you Maurice. You are going here to forgive me. I said the ULB in the video, but that was a mistake. Is the bushcrafter LT.So I can't really compare it to the mountaineer ii. But for EDC I probably would like the mountaineer ii. Since is very similar to my GSO 3.5. And that is my favorite EDC to the date. I really like the puukko as well.
Wow, amazing collection. The white and ivory handle ones are especially gorgeous. Please review the Bark River Tracker next. By the way, if you're filming against a light background like that table, you should manually set the exposure.
Thank you. I still trying to get the hang of the camera. It doesn't have autofocus so everything is manually. And you can imagine that I have to go tru a lot recording by myself. I appreciate your input and I will make a review of the trakker. I have 2 videos to upload and after that. I will review the Trakker.
@@thecavemanknivesreview.8097 Don't forget to give us close-ups of any edge damage if you decide to do that sort of extreme testing. Get some printer paper for cut tests. By the way, printer paper has a "grain" and usually cuts easier on the long side. Your channel is going to be popular if you keep releasing vids.
Thank you. And I appreciate your consideration,I walk like crazy back and forth just to realize later a couple of mistakes on recording. But by the time that I figured out was to late to fix.
Fantastic knife collection! I really respect you as you all quality knives! Rivals my collection. Loose the ontario pilots knife, pure crap. I got one, don't know why. Love all your vids keep up the good work! I will suggest you try getting some ed martin and c some winklers. They are amazing.
Thank you John. At some point I will pick up a Ed Martin tracker. Definitely on my list to get. And I almost brought a Winkler axe a couple times. If you have a RUclips channel I would love to check your collection. And yes, the ontario is nothing impressive. I still don't know why I bought it.
@@thecavemanknivesreview.8097 I do not have a channel. As far as the ed martin goes I highly recommend the t3 e&e. It was designed in mid 90s with input from air force sere instuctors. Its bomb proof! I own all 3 types of 5he t3. Tracker is just a bit on heavy side for me. I own the bark river version. Is I need a chopper I will go with my kukuri or lt wright overland machete. Love that thing. Thanks for the reply, and be sfe!
Thank you very much. I been a fan of fixed blades forever. Even though I own a couple of folders. I'm a diehard fixed blade guy.So many great knives out there. But I only can go one step at the time. Thank you again for watching and commenting.

Knowing what you know now...if you could do it again...would your collection be the same? What would you do differently??? I can confess...it can be an expensive learning experience...
I would be definitely different. When I started I wasn't planning to become this addicted to collect. So I was just looking for a good user. And then I started learning and getting into brands and materials details. So I get some of the best brands. Now I'm in the point of looking and design and custom makers. After this point I think the next logical step is start making my own. Thank you for watching. And yes, is been a very expensive learning curve lol.
At least the knives you buy should hold a good value..my guess is you would make a Puukko. I’ve tried my hand at making a few Puukko’s... definitely not as good as the Malanika...lol
I honestly don't put anything on the blades. I just clean them very well after using them and hang them on the wall. I don't store them on the sheath either. Thank you for passing by and commenting.
@@thecavemanknivesreview.8097 You're lucky... Where I live they would be a heap of rust in a few weeks. It was really challenging preventing corrosion until I discovered Fluid Film. That's crazy. I use to put oil on it. But I realize that if I clean up after using them. They stay alright. I imagine you live by the coast. I live in north Georgia. Not much humidity here.
Hermoso! Very nice collection. 👍🏻👍🏻 I am a big fan of the TOPS Knives. I own over 30 of them. The Armageddon is my favorite. The only Bark River Knife I own is a prototype Jonburnaxe (JBA). It took about 14 months to finally get manufactured, and worth every minute of waiting.
To be honest. I prefer the Bushcrafter lt. I don't find myself using much the puukko. The blade is a little bit to long in my opinion for a puukko. Is a great knife. I just prefer the bushcrafter lt. Thank you for watching and commenting.
How do you like that Cudeman knife? I know you said it's in N695, but they use some other steels in their knives I'm not familiar with, but I was curious about the build quality and heat treatment. If you think it's good, that's enough confirmation more me to buy one
I'm sorry Matt for the late reply. And thank you for the trust on my opinion. But I couldn't give you a honest answer to your question, since I haven't pushed the knife as far I would like to be able to give a strong opinion. The knife is a little tank on construction and is 3/16 thick. Overkill for its size. Overall feel like a good quality. For the price is a a great value. I'll try to make a video about it on the future. Thanks for watching.
@@thecavemanknivesreview.8097 I meant to reply to this so long ago, and thank you for the honest response. I really love the look of that one.
