Moral of the story grading companies need to have pics and a database of the cards submitted and why they got the grade it did. Transparency is everything in business and PSaa is very subjective.
Better- no, but the cards sell for a lot more $. What I think most people want in a grading company: Customer support Consistent grading Fair pricing Resale value Nice looking/clear slabs - and labels
My exp with CS has all been the same. PSA doesn't stand out..I think this video showed they aren't consistent.they have the worst pricing structure and their slabs are by far the most plain. The resale value is why people go with them.. but watching the video of the PSA 10 Jordan rc, all getting 9s or lower with bgs solidified their quality. Anyone not using half points and showing subgrades to come up with their magical number requires more scrutiny.
@@nothingbutcardboard I just want consistent grading and full transparency. I only grade with psa because of resell value. There are other companies with full transparency such as TAG grading which is a great idea.

I would not buy anything from a dealer like that either! Everyone has there opinions, we just need to share them in a nice way and agree to disagree- no reason to be rude or curse over it. Grading is a complete joke, and as long as you and everyone else keep falling for the scam, nothing will ever change. It's human error. Might as well look at card yourself !
It's still part of the game, when those 10 pregrades are a miss but you get wins elsewhere, resub and they are bound to hit. Having one sub get 20% gems and the next 65%, no rhyme or reason. Just have to hope the 10's have enough juice to profit and no damage done to the rest of the cards.
This round of crackout did not go your way this time. Thanks for sharing Not sure your comment at end of video about being overall thrilled with order coincides when the estimated return is -$14
Pretty good tips, except one sticking point. $5 cards that go to $50 with a 10 and only $15 in 9 still can be worth it. Even at a 50% 10 rate you make money. Say you did 20 $5 cards. Your into cards for $500 cost and grading. 10 9’s = $150, 10 10’s = $500 for total of $650 and a 30% profit of $150. If you bump that up to a 70% gem rate you would make $790 at a 58% profit of $290.
Interestingly enough I have cracked numbered cards in the past and they have come back with higher grades. However, I do think the more valuable the card, the more likely they are to check the POP report.
