One of my favorite Dandadan fan theories is that Aira's delusions are at least partially fueled by brain damage from an untreated concussion. That wash tub hit HARD.
When Aira picks up the golden ball, the lights she sees in the sky are the departing spirits of those girls we saw when the crab/Turbo Granny monster was defeated on the train. You may recall that there was a train going by when it fell and hit her on the head. When she picked it up she was able to see into the normally hidden spirit realm. This also lines up with what Turbo Granny says later about dropping his balls when they defeated her.
When I first saw this episode the boxes kept saying "Chiquitita" I was thinking of the banana company called "chiquita" and I thought it was another banana organ reference.
A not-so-fun fact, one of the aliens is voiced by Kazuya Nakai, the voice actor for Zoro in One piece. Who would've thought hearing Zoro ask for a banana would be so entertaining.

Crab after beating a crab. Noodles after beating a hair woman. They changed the scene with the "snake" slightly from the manga and made it more like Shin Godzilla from the2016 movie. The way it does it's laser is exactly the way Shin Godzilla does it, but in the manga it wasn't like that.
Pure speculation of course, but a few possibilities based on what Aira's situation at home seems to be: There's no mention of siblings or another mother figure, so her inflated ego theoretically could have something to do with being an only child raised by a single father who had already lost the other most important person in his life. And she might get her crazy ideas about romance and dating from her dad's dirty magazines because it's a subject he's not comfortable discussing with her.
This is when things get REALLY crazy. I know, I know it's been really crazy since episode 1, but this is really really crazy from now on. Also, the fact that Aira gets all of her relationship knowledge from her dad's porn stash is absolutely hilarious.

Without spoiling to much, it'll be a while yet until Okarun collected his other dragon ball, but he keeps collecting these weird pseudo harem around him 😂 He's in fact in full rizz, even with one ball.

Okarun's balls were high in spiritual power because of the golden barrier that Turbo Granny put them in, not because of their intrinsic nature. When Aira caught one of the balls, what she saw was the end of the fight on the train, when the location-bound spirit was blown apart after crossing into Momo's home town, where her grandmother had placed talismans. It wasn't some new view of the universe.
From the mouth full of noodles argument to the absolute shock of Okarun straddling Aira to Aira becoming Silkie was just such a great time. Loved the Shin Godzilla call-out with Nessie's beam breath.
