amazing video James full respect to you dude! I also have an invisible illness, i suffer from hypermobile ehlers-danlos syndrome. It's a very rare and complicated condition meaning I didn't get a diagnosis until 2017, so i spent most of my life dealing with symptoms i didn't really know i had. I am so thankful that i found cycling and MTB, it kept my body in the best shape it could be and let me live mostly a decent life. My condition has deteriorated now and i am medically retired, pretty gutting not even 40 yet. I have an e-bike so i can still go on some small rides but they are so expensive. You have an inspiring story i hope it helps others as it has me, thanks so much for sharing much love.

Well done, very brave to highlight this. A good to see that what some may see as a weekness can sometimes end up being a strength. Keep it up, cheers Joe.

Your the only person that gives me hope. I wish I could have the intense support you have received. Really struggling with injury & pain as I try to keep MTB a hobby of mine with left-side monoplegia.

Brilliant video James 👍. My daughter has dyspraxia so it’s great to hear how well someone with dyspraxia has done in the sport. I was just wondering is there any particular exercises you do to help with the dyspraxia side of things ?
