actually you don't...lol you basing your time vs off of a few guys who are probably having to slow down on purpose bc of dude that's making this video...wow...slow your roll canuck :D
Your video is about “how to frame a house from start to finish” and all you do is talking about wood but nothing about step by step how to build. You have to how to frame a house from start to finish. I see your carpenters doing the work but nothing visual about the main subject.
Not linneals, lintels maybe. Not joistses, joists. And your framing lumber is SPF like all other dimensional lumber. You are deluding yourself thinking you are ordering "Doug Fir" by which I assume you mean Douglas fir. You can choose to do your research and deliver good information, or you can continue to blather. Carry on
I’m going to assume you meant “houses”, and it was a question. So yes I have built houses. I recognize my comment wasn’t kind, so I will make another attempt at free advice. In this wide world posting in the internet can seem an attractive way for a small family company to get out their name. The caution would be to take the time to produce a quality, well researched, and carefully constructed product. Much like building a house.
you didn't teach me a damm thing about how to frame a house from start to finish.. you showed a process, by which you blabbed on looking away from the camera and basically blabbed what the guys were installing. should've call the video, the process of framing a house from A to Z

You should visit woodprix website if you would like to make it by yourself I think.
And screw down a floor , if I seen a floor nailed I’d sack the crew , don’t care how strong the glue is
Useless to make the basement 1 1/2 higher for the little room you gain
