Buongiorno caro SoloDallas.Complimenti per tutto innanzitutto... chitarre, ampli, performance e per essere uno dei pochissimi che riesce a riprodurre il "Sacro Graal" del tono di Angus e più in generale dell'accoppiata Plexi/Gibson(so che è sbagliato scrivere genericamente Plexi... visto che sono in realtà tanti ampli differenti tra loro...uso questa definizione per brevità). Compliment,anchei per la Korina 1993 a tiratura limitata.Ce l' ho anch'io...e ne sono orgoglioso possessore(la numero 202).Che differenze noti tra il vecchio pick up al.ponte che aveva la chitarra (498t...un alnico5 con uscita elevata...tra 12/13 kh) ed il nuovo pick up?Io ho montato un 57 Classic che avevo già in casa al posto del 498t...ma il cambio non mi soddisfa pienamente.E' un po' fine e acido,con le frequenze acute molto in evidenza...aumentando il gain,il suono si riempie,ma un filo di acidità rimane sempre

Of course Juan. They are Alnico 5 and we provide them potted and unspotted (potted, following a specific process is the default). We are tending towards aged nickel as a standard, but we do provide aged chrome and aged gold for custom orders. You can find most of this info on solodallas-shop.com - thanks!
Juan_RockGuitar Hello - A5 magnet, short bar. They are not potted just as the originals! Available in chrome, nickel and aged nickel.

Thanks for the question! It depends but a 'classic' way of setting it is as follows: Input at maximum, output to half and limiter to 1/4 - hope it helps!
I think the SD 71 would be a good match in my Epi Korina Amos :P
