I have another idea. Why don't school students give creative humane suggestions. Children / youth of SL are the future stakeholders of this country. Let them give ideas and use evidence based methods. Some research can be conducted in select regions and implemented based on evidence. Instead of going to tuition classes to learn unnecessary information from unethical tuition masters maybe the young kids should be made to think of creative solutions and should be rewarded accordingly with credit points towards university entrance.
