I salute you Sir for being a good and ideal leader. Person like you is an inspiration. Im so thankful for finding ur channel. Now l appreciate the legacy of our late principal for the legacy he taught us. I became dedicated to my profession. Having a leader like you. Our principal have inculcate in us the spirit of honesty in all aspects of our field. I experienced being deducted Php 13.00, for being late, thousands for being absent in school. But it doesnt matter. Now l see to it to be in schoon at 6 am. And went home prepared for the next day 6pm. I am hoping you can inspire more teachers in your division. Good luck and God bless.

What if impartial is the leadership, demoralizing, and unfair? It creates the culture of dissatisfactions and supressions. Failed to "fire fight" conflicts instead sided to majority of the bida? The decisions added to fire itself...such poor leadership...
