Even if not taken out they may well be weakened enough to kill them. The defoliator/psychic shio are already doing their thing. If your zones are restricted there is no reason not to make them a viable target for others. I also noticed thrumbos too. If the adds are live, you can cause thrumbos to go manhunter and make sure the mechs are closer than you. Lastly, NEVER doors in front of unstable cells. Wall them completely in. One colonist with a tantrum can kill the cell and themselves as they try and punch it to death. I do similar with antigrains until I need them. Once you have seen a colonist punch an antigrain warhead you tend to be way more careful with them.

The best way of getting rid of colonists you don't want is still to create a 2x1 prison cell outside your base defences and home area, capture the colonist and nake sure they are imprisoned in the new cell(with the door open). The colonist will escape with no mood hit.
I also very much appreciate using a proper killbox and not something like corner punch or singularity. A kill box should still have risk to you but manage high numbers of raiders to provide a decent challenge.
I won't lie, I was in Ashenvale when I had this on my second monitor, and kept mashing ctrl-m to turn the music off for a good 30 seconds before I realized you were using wow music O_O.
I said last thing before, but... t-shirts do not cover as much of the body as button-down shirts, which is why we use: pants, button-down shirt, duster, flak vest and helmet before power armour.
