It's so weird not seeing grass at all at the freedom factory track

Drainage getting fixed and lawn care nut is leveling/laying new sod

My dad races the outlaw figure 8’s I was their by far the fastest track they have ever been on

Kinda screwed up when some people complain about the quality of the crown vics, but when given the chance to build thier own car (ranger) only 6 people show up to race. You'd think it would be more fun for everyone in the trucks. I know I like watching them a lil more than the cars.

oh man. the nicest thing about cleet's race events is that when we see footage of the guys walking around talking to each other we don't have to listen to the never ending loudspeaker guys talking about nothing anybody cares about haha its sooo nice to have that good audio

How did you fit the nitrous bottle in the fuel tank?
Hopefully cleet just does away with the grass and makes it all concrete or asphalt. It wont look as good but it will be way less maintenance and potentially open up the track to even more race layouts. Tbh cleet has probably spent more on the grass than it would take to concrete the entire area
Pssshh. Yea right. $5,000,000 goes a long way in lawn care. And I’m being conservative
they're re-grading and then grass is going back in. the lawncare nut has a video about it.
You realize the grass infields are also there for safety reasons not just esthetics. The grass also helps absorb a lot of the runoff from the track. If it was all paved one there’s a huge difference in cost per sq ft of concrete and asphalt vs grass. Would also like triple the drainage capacity needed as idk if you noticed the track is like a giant fish bowl 😂
