Octavia didn’t appropriate their culture tho….she was welcomed into it and from her stand point, yes she’s from the ark but she’s not really one of them because she had to hide under the floor, so with the grounders she found herself with them.
One thing about the end of Season 2 that I think gets overlooked was when Indra removed Octavia as her second it wasn’t out of malice or betrayal. It was her allowing her to go after Bellamy because if she was her second she’d have to follow Lexas command and retreat from Mount Weather, it was Indra looking out
@@tooney97 for sure they could have made it a little more obvious but looking at it like that now it actually makes a lot of sense considering almost right after this Indra gives Lincoln the knife to allow him to go to Octavia
Yeah she was an outsider and persecuted for being born but still doesn’t excuse the fact that she’s not and she’s doing the same exact thing as Lincoln after his own people tried to kill him several times and she shits on him😂 she’s annoying and hypocritical
Not to mention Lincoln supported her becoming a grounder teaching her their ways and she’s doing the opposite to him. He’s assimilating to life there and she’s rejecting it for obvious reasons which I understand but doesn’t make it right.

Locked her up for her entire life for just being born. She likes Lincoln because he isnt like them so shes just scared he will turn into one of them. If it wernt for her friends and bellamy she wouldnt even consider being apart of the sky people group They do jaspers character so dirty this reckless asshole of a attitude is so annoying. Idc how insensitive i sound lol You guys have no idea the shit this show has coming im so excited

Could they have perfected battery cells that last yrs?..Octavia had how much interaction with people on ship. Maybe she feels a sense of belonging she had not felt before, with grounders. Clark on own, why? I'm sure she should expect her mom to try find her jeopardizing her people. It was a good reaction, post talk too. @ I think the way they did it was almost too subtle, they should have definitely driven their point home a little better
