Usually caused by one of three things, halos are those bright fringes you see around high contrast edges in your photos (for example a dark object against a bright sky).
But no matter how a halo might have turned up in your shot, this technique is a surefire way to get rid of them for GOOD!

Very good video! I get these on occasion and wanted a way to fix. What input device are you using? I have been using the trackpad (apple) and seem to have good results after years of using it.

I just use keyboard and mouse. I did buy a graphics tablet a while ago and it's great for drawing in Photoshop, but I can't get used to using it for anything else!
