I LOVE this about my job

First - I have been suffering some kind of viral respiratory infection for nearly a week so this is day 3 of being home from work. I'm sorry that I sound the way I do, lol!
But one of the perks of working in a really good company (besides the awesome people) is that instead of being told to "come in to work when you're sick or you're fired" (that has happened to me in previous jobs in my younger years) is getting pinged "GO TO BED" (in a nice way of course because we're all friends here) when they see you online working. LOL. I don't know why, but knowing that they actually want me to get better before worrying about work is a huge guilt relief - I've been conditioned to feel guilty for getting sick for so many years that when you finally find a place where they care enough about you to make sure you get well, it's a breath of fresh air. I seriously love my job and I wish more companies would do this too.
