Wow, I just tried British Red today and it’s PERFECT! I’m mostly just Warm, but I can take a bit of deep so long as it’s not the main feature of the color.
This is great!! I definitely want to see the rest of the colors. Can you please do this with eyeshadow. As a winter I have a hard time finding browns and taupes that don’t make me look shadowy dirty. I need cool, clear, and medium in the light to deep scale.
I have been wearing Lancôme Designer Bloom for years. It’s been discontinued; you have given me a L’Oreal color that’s just perfect. Bronzine is my color! Thank you!!!
I like tropical coral a lot! Might not be clear enough for you though. It's medium intensity. Peach Fuzz is a little too warm for me because it's very orangey, but it's definitely light, warm, and clear.
Thank you so much for posting this video ! It has been so helpful to me. I was born blind, so I had color analysis done when I was younger. I am a soft summer, and you have helped me find some new shades of lipstick that it would be safe for me to try. I especially appreciate that you mention each shade and describe its characteristics. That is very uncommon on RUclips. That means a lot to me, and I am grateful. I am planning to buy the shades, Ballerina Shoes, Fairest Nude, and Blushing Berry.
Thank you! Thank you! Love all of your videos! Everything you do is so helpful. I own a few of the shades you mentioned and I feel amazing wearing them! I love L’Oreal lipsticks! Can’t wait to see the rest of the range!
Years ago I discovered using Buxom White Russian to bring down the depth of a lipstick when needed! Love it! This gives you 2 different looks with 1 lipstick🎉
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Finding a flattering lip shade is difficult for this aging Soft Summer. This information will save me frustration and money.
Lol i completely agree about clears looking "dead" in brownish colors! I am warm, clear and deep myself, so it's really interesting to hear that warm and clears are uncommon - because I don't really fit neatly into the 4 or 12 systens. But the way i look soo flat and dead wit brown lips was a big clue for me that i was clear!
I love City Lips, lip oil, & lip gloss. I have very fair porcelain skin & my lips have never felt & look better. It also plumps your lips up. I have very sensitive skin, it does not irritate your lips or feel like they are burning. I highly recommend these items. Plus it really helps if you have smokers lines etc. I love it !!
I love getting more information about the products that will make me look more like myself. I’m confused about what lip liners to choose for the cool colors. It helps so much when manufacturers categorize their products. Thank you for the channel.
Yes more. I love this line of lipstick. And I love this 6 season system. Because I don’t truly fit into the 4 or 12 season palette. Thank you so much for bringing you knowledge and unique take on color analysis.
This is extremely helpful to me! I have a vision impairment, and this helps me see exactly where these lip colors fall. I would be thrilled if you would go through the rest of the L'oreal shades.
This was so helpful, especially the ‘classic wine’ lipstick description. I’m a clear and I noticed too that colors like these come off as a more natural blushed shade on me rather than a bold shade. Even though it seems intense, we need that intensity even in our neutrals.
Love the video! I'm French and I adore your American accent when saying French lipsticks names 😍 BTW I'm light/soft leaning to cool side - Ash blonde with blue eyes. Keep up the good work 👏
Loved the video and would love another one too!! And some more clear options would be nice. Can't tell you how much money I've spent testing these things out in person. Maybe now I have the help I needed, thank you.
I love the idea for this video. I'd like to have chapter segments to make it easier to move from one color to the next. Great series. More lipsticks please! ❤❤
This is phenomenal!! I have been loving your channel - keep up the amazing work ❤ it would be great if you would consider doing this type of video for eyeshadow palettes.
@09:00 - @09:39: I know what you ladies meant by that. I think Sara was referring to vampires/ghouls. I was into a vampy look when I was a teenager. I was never into brownish lip colours, but rather, a rich cherry red lipstick. On the swatch, it did look really deep on me. When I applied the lipstick, the colour looked quite dark on me and I looked like a vampire 😅. Dark cherry red/brown lip colour (or any dark lip colours in general) is a beautiful colour and certain people definitely can rock such colour, but you're right, brownish colour (such as Blazing Lava) or any dark lip colours can make Clears look somewhat cadaverous. These days, I prefer lip colours that are lighter & fresher or highly saturated 😊. With cooler undertones, since I'm clear (my primary tonal/chromatic feature) and cool (secondary tonal/chromatic feature) ❤💛✨️💗💖🩷💝💓💞💕.
L'Oreal Paris color riche original satin lipstick for moisturized lips in Shade # 860 Spice is an excellent lipstick for us "Soft/Deeps"! It has just a slight warm undertone and is very versatile!
Thank you for this video! It is so very helpful! I look like the joker🤡with bright lips, but I absolutely need deep tones. Sometimes with dark colors it's hard for me to tell the clarity level. Your channel is so interesting and fun !💋
Love this and thankful for the assist. I always have such a tough time finding lip shades especially nudes. Also, thank you for highlighting the importance of your natural lip color changing the color. That’s part of my challenge finding good shades that swatches in ads don’t usually account for. I’m learning a lot from your channel, thanks!
I would love a video for natural shades for clear. That's half of why I left the BW group on Facebook, I guess to me if you can't wear natural shades ever it's like saying you should never not wear makeup lol. When we know that's not true, and there's so many different skin tones in the world surely there's nude ones that should work or look like natural lips of a clear person. Def would like a part 2 video that includes some of those :D
You might have better luck with a tinted lip balm or lip oil in a punchy tint. The sheerness would tone down the color & blend with your natural lipcolor without going to brown/grey. Most nude shades will be soft by definition.
Loved this one!!! Thank you for validating my feeling that as a Spring I have a difficult time finding great lipstick shades. 😀 I definitely need clear, warm colors! Otherwise, I look half dead. 😱
Hi, I loved this segment, it was so interesting to see where the colours fall on the spectrum. I'm a light spring and find it really difficult to find lipsticks that are light and warm at the same time (usually light is cool pink) and also not too brown OR too bright. Ideally, med light-dark spectrum, warm (to neutral), and med soft-clear. Now there's a challenge for ya :)
In addition to my comment below, I would love if you could foundation-contouring color suggestions for the 12 seasons. ( I’m using a mauvy muted eye shadow presently but no blush is harmonious with it. Soft autumn now soft summer leaning with grey hair…)
My mom is always right. "Mija, put on red lipstick. You're too pale!" I have very dark hair/eyes and light olive/ cool- neutral ?? skin. She got me a gorgeous red called Pirate. For me, its Go RED or Go home!
I tried classic wine thinking that maybe I'm deep, cool, and soft. I was typed winter but often think it's wrong. Oddly that lipstick shade turned warm on me like a light coral. It doesn't look terrible but not quite right on me. My lip colors really have to have some mauve or berry in them otherwise they don't look right. Interesting!
I thank you so much as I am a soft summer and purchased a great Bobbi Brown lipstick for everyday but want to check on a deeper color for evening. Plus, L’loreal is a lot less expensive than BB.😂
Oh my,! So many lipsticks go orange on me. I was colorized a spring in my 30"s. Now at 70 I have been colorized as summer. I do agree with this but I do struggle. This new 6 system is really helping me. But why do lipsticks go orange on me?? My natural lips are purple
This is what these cosmetic companies should be doing for themselves - giving color descriptions to guide their customers 👍🏻
Yeah I think they try to make it hard so we have to try more colors!
@@kellydecamp3656Buy more colors
I would be funny to watch a meltdown of those that would be yelling … there’s no rules to makeup!!!! Don’t dictate what I do on my face!!! 😂
Please finish the colors. This is so helpful!
Very helpful.
Yes. Please.
Do a video on gray haired women. From white to salt and pepper
Whitish to pale-ish platinum blonde.
Golden gray too!
I’d love to see another great lipstick video! Bright winter here, and I can’t wait to see what other bright, cool, clear colors there may be!
I love this series, I'm a warm, clear, HELP
Wow, I just tried British Red today and it’s PERFECT! I’m mostly just Warm, but I can take a bit of deep so long as it’s not the main feature of the color.

I'd love to see warm, light, & clear for those of us who are vivid springs. Thanks so much for all of your videos!
I like tropical coral a lot! Might not be clear enough for you though. It's medium intensity.
Peach Fuzz is a little too warm for me because it's very orangey, but it's definitely light, warm, and clear.
Mac lipsticks are my favorite. "Spill the Tea" is just beautiful, I'm a True Spring. Their shade range is outstanding!
Love this ! Not much for us warm gals!

So glad to hear you say it! It’s not just me! So hard to find spring lip color! You only had one clear. More please

This is another helpful video. Looking forward to the "silver hair show" 🎉

loving these longer videos Queens!
Congrats on hitting 100k! You’re amazing ❤️
I LOVE this style of video. The possibilities are endless. Blush eye shadows ❤❤❤❤
I added British red to my cart before the video! So glad I guessed right. I'm medium contrast leaning deep, warm and clear. Great content!
I love the idea for this video. I'd like to have chapter segments to make it easier to move from one color to the next. Great series. More lipsticks please!

Excellent video!! Would love to see more of these. So helpful.
This was very helpful. And I’m quite happy to rediscover L’Oréal. Well done!
Yes please to a part two,!! That would be great!!!
I love that you dive deeper than just clothing. It's very helpful!
I already bought two Lancôme lipsticks based on your recommendations. Love them! I will order L’Oréal. Thank you!
Good job on French pronounciation with Maison Marais
Great videos. Love the recommendations!
This was great! I'd love to see more!
I would love some help on what lip colours pair well with clothing colours from the seasonal palettes. 💐

This is genius, thank you so much for this "mini training". If you have more colors to analyze, please do, you will make this Bright very happy.
I wish L’Oreal and Lancome lispticks weren’t so heavily fragranced, it’s so strong you can even taste it 😖
That's the reason I don't use them. I can't get past the scent.
AGREED
L'Oreal Paris color riche original satin lipstick for moisturized lips in Shade # 860 Spice is an excellent lipstick for us "Soft/Deeps"! It has just a slight warm undertone and is very versatile!

I’d love to see you do a video on how to balance lipstick/makeup colors to our outfits! Love everything you beautiful ladies put out 😍
This is really helpful 💄💋
Loved this! Please, please do more! ❤
Oddly enough, I’m deep, cool, and not soft/not clear. But I LOVE “fairest nude” as a “my lips but better” shade.
love this!
My favourite lipstick!!
Very helpful! Please do more. I’m a spring and have such a difficult time finding the perfect shades!
Loving this series! Curious if you have ideas on what color glasses for the color palettes
I think Tropical Coral is a good spring color from that L'oreal line too
A person’s natural lip coloring also has a huge effect on a lipstick’s appearance. I have very pale lips and need to add color via lipstick.

Enjoyed this video! Would love to see the other half!
Please do the rest of the colors and salt n pepper, all grey, white also! Thank you!
My mom is always right. "Mija, put on red lipstick. You're too pale!" I have very dark hair/eyes and light olive/ cool- neutral ?? skin. She got me a gorgeous red called Pirate. For me, its Go RED or Go home!
For Light and Warm lipstick check the Lumene series.
I love this video! I’d love to hear about lipsticks for true summer - cool dominant, then secondary light then tercery soft.
I tried classic wine thinking that maybe I'm deep, cool, and soft. I was typed winter but often think it's wrong. Oddly that lipstick shade turned warm on me like a light coral. Love the video! it would be great to see the second half of the shades!❤
I love brown lipstick 😅 I haven't been brave enough to pull it off but I'm actively looking for just the right one. 😊

Very helpful video! Can’t wait for the next shades in your next video!!
Would you consider wearing the shades, would be helpful to see.
I love this video. Please do the rest of the palettes.
Hi Sara and Lucinda can you look at Lancôme and Bobbi brown next. My undertone is warm.
This video is perfection, super useful! Please please do all colours!
Love this! Thanks ladies ❤
I see several my winter sister in law needs ❤
hello i love this channel🤗 .. after watching your videos i am pretty sure i am in the warm category, and i love my color palette now 🎉
Yes please, more colors. I bought a watermelon color. I would be curious to hear your take on this universal color for lips. Thank you! 🌸V
I have gray hair. I need more guidance. I used to be a winter with my dark hair. Now I don’t know what I am!!😂💕
Me, too! I was brunette, brown eyes, fair skin...now I'm salt and pepper. Am I still deep or am I light?
If anyone has a dupe for Becca Bare, please comment! Really enjoyed this video!
Very useful. Thx 🙏🏻🥰
Love this video. Would like one for light & warm.
I thank you so much as I am a soft summer and purchased a great Bobbi Brown lipstick for everyday but want to check on a deeper color for evening. Plus, L’loreal is a lot less expensive than BB.😂
British Red looked like a True Red to me :)
I would love to see more, especially deep cool and clear.
Ooo blazing lava is added to shopping list!
Please add more options !
Would love to see swatches in skin.
Ooo I'm kinda digging the British red ❤

Im a true summer and my natural lips are purple too. Have you tried L’Oréal Montemarte? It’s my perfect shade.
Yes please!
Love this video but nothing for light spring ! I’m not crazy about L’Oréal lipsticks either, too much fragrance in them !
