A guided food tour sounds so amazing! The coffee looked so good and cool you had your fortunes read from it! Aw surprise cats! Wow that was some thick glasses! Looks like you tried some amazing food, what brilliant street food looked like such a fun day! 💙✨
What's up guys? It was really nice to have our guide, Irem, there to mix things up. It was a great day for sure. Turkish food as a whole is next level.
What a delightful tour guide and experience! If we ever do this In a foreign country I would want to follow suit and have a guide to keep me from being too intimidated to try new things! My mouth is still watering from Shelley’s pistachio baklava! I loved all the sites along the festive, decorative streets and the ferry ride does look like a “must do!”
We are so glad we had Irem to guide us. You are right, having her there suggesting foods was a nice way to get nudged to try stuff we didn't know about.
That was a lot of fun! Y’all are doing a great job selling Istanbul! One thing I’m curious about is whether or not there is a difference in the food tastes on the two sides of the Bosporus. If you did a food tour on the European side would it be all the same fare?
Hi Cary! The food is more or less the same on either side. The Asian side just seems to have a more concentrated area of amazing food. Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed it!
I love Turkish Delight! I have sweet tooth 😂 Have you tried traditional breakfast? I tried it in Istanbul in Feb. I vowed to go back again, even just for the breakfast! So freaking good! (I did an 7-hour overlay quick tour around Istanbul before my flight to the US).
Hey! Yes we did do a traditional breakfast a few times. We had a few that were modest, and a really good spread with the family we stayed with in Cappadocia. But we did find THE ONE in Istanbul. We are planning on making a video about it soon. Thanks for watching!
Gees . . . Turkish food is next level. What is the best street food dish you have ever had?
Great food and great ambiance! The atmosphere is so lively! Great to see people out there and enjoying the street food! 😊👍
Hi Suri! Thanks for checking out the video. Istanbul has a feel to it right now. Turkish food in general is so delicious.
It was great to host you, kisses and hugsss:)
Hey! Thanks for the tour. We loved every second of it. Hope to see you again!
Great tour of the Asian street food! I was salivating to taste the pistachio baklaval
Oh that baklava was so crazy good. I always thought Baklava was Greek, but it originated in the Ottoman Empire.

@@JustAdrift Looking forward to the breakfast VDO!
The sauce for the fried mussels was Tarator (Tartar sauce)
It was amazing. Like tartar sauce but no relish and lots of garlic!
now you start feeding stray cats :) next level is carrying food for them :)
Hahaha! That does sound like the next step. Thanks Heval!
Can you also share the guide details if possible thanks
Hi 👋 Irem’s AirBnB link is in the video’s written description. Thank you so much for watching 😊
