Primer Tools: Update

The purpose of this video is to add to the existing dataset the following priming tools: K&M and Sinclair (new) hand priming tools. I misspoke in the video, the K&M had a total cumulative error of .021". The total expected cumulative error based on the error in rim thickness is .0585".
