I like the fact that these friendships allow the characters to either show off their power in an interesting way that isn't for combat, them just chilling or do something fun just because, or even show off a hidden talent that you didn't know they had, like some of the musical ones. I feel like it does add something more to them.
I mean, if they decided to canonically have a talent show, all of them would have pretty good chances at winning. (If Sub-Zero can make ice pops, lets hope that he can also create flavors for them, because just eating ice on a stick kind of sucks, ngl.) Noob Saibot's got a pretty good shot, and heck, if all of the musical Friendships got together, that could be awesome! :D

I think it’s a nice Friendship, Joker would never do something like a Friendship or generally be nice to his opponent. Him literally being forced to say sorry fits his character. I also like the touch where he checks if Bats is still watching him at the end of the Friendship.
I love the concept of Friendship finishers, it would be even better if the opponent interacted in them, like getting all giddy over Sub Zero's Ice Cream Bike

What I like about this is that fatalities usually give you an idea of how your opponent feels. So if you’ve been hit with a fatality, that usually means someone considered you to be a worthy opponent
