▪︎Ingredients:
1big cup Ragi/Finger Millet
flour
1small cup grounded boil
Rice flour
1/2cup Freshly grated
Coconut
Salt to taste
Banana Leaves
(If you like Sweet version can add Jaggery in it)
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl add Ragi flour & Boiled Rice Flour add salt & Coconut mix it well.
2. Use Banana leaves for extra aroma. Softened banana leaf on flame slightly. Take sufficient Ragi dough & spread on it equally, cover it with other Banana leaf.
3. Heat a Pan or Tawa fry it without oil on medium flame till it cooks one side, flip it & cook it on other side till patches appears. Do repeat it & fry it.
4. Serve these healthy Rotis /Bhakris with Vegetable Korma or with any Meat curries.
Prepare it this Healthy version & serve it to your family.
Note: You can use whole Ragi soak it for 6hours & boiled rice. Grind into thick paste & add other ingredients.
