What is sprouted ragi flour ?
Raagi is soaked overnight, drained and kept covered in wet cloth to sprout. It takes 1-2 days time to sprout. Then it's dried in sun or roasted to dry. Then it's used make flour. Thats sprouted raagi flour

Pure A2 bilona desi ghee is essential for the body. Harmful ghee is the normal A1 commercialized ghee.
