Hi, Probably the HS-E82 will be a newer model. I don't know if they are identical, but I checked the manual, HS-E70 and HS-E82 have different Belt spare part designation. They will probably be very similar, also available as I searched on google, apparently it will be possible to find new pieces for sale under number 521D062010. For HS-E70 the number according to the manual is 521D053010. Regards EZ
