These are gorgeous. Such a good idea to use the milk cartons, I've been working on making a square column mold forEVER, and this is a much simpler and cleaner method than I was attempting. Nicely done.
Very good video. I am from india and have just started a small home business with soaps and candles. I love your honesty and being so upfront. Amazing job. Thank you for all the tips.
Your soap is beautiful and you did it all so efficiently and calmly. I particularly love that you used natural colours. So many soapers are making soaps with bright synthetic colors and calling them 'natural'
Beautiful soap! I just ordered the round molds! Thank you so much for sharing your supplier and method for this type of pour! They turned out lovely. I cannot wait to give it a try!
Very nice! Like the sound of your voice. Very soft spoken. Not any chatter, clatter. Lol. Thank you. Very informative also. I needed to know where I could buy the designs. Thanks again.
My first time here! I loved your soaps! It made me happy that your son built the suporte for you molds and sad that he couldn’t have it back! I will build a suporte for you, no charge of course, would you pay for chipping? I am in NJ.
Wow❣️You Made me smile. The magic moment was when your screen appeared at the top. Then ‘the Cut’. My favourite part. Oh no!🤦♀️ Speeded up. Might as well abandon ship here 😒😳 I wonder why everyone is catering to the ‘attention deficit’ amongst us, when they could quite simply push ‘accelerate speed’?// Just curious... have you ever watched one of your speeded up videos? I love your work, & your son’s wondrous creation to help you solve a dilemma 😊. Methinks you may well have inspired a future inventor/problem solver 😊
First of all, thanks for watching and commenting! Unfortunately uploading videos that are hours long (because yes, this would have been over an hour without editing), takes a LONG time. I don't have hours to give to watching full videos, nor do many people. You can always watch it in slow motion if there was a part you wanted to slow down :)
Did you find that a difference in the crate of pull made any difference in the clarity of the design? Your soaps are fantastic by the way. Thank you for this video and this technic.
How do you use that soap calc website? I'm an amateur shaper. Having only worked with melt and pour thus far. Looked at soap calc, it's like reading a technical manual written by a dyslexic Japanese alcoholic horror author.
One day I’m going to do this. It looks amazing. All my indigo I ever used is green never blue. Where do you get yours btw? I actually use pure indigo and pure henna for my hair and I tried to use it as a blue color in soap but nope. Thank you
SNIF Natural Soapmaking Thank you yes very disappointing. I used the star mold and made the star a lotion embed out of butters and beeswax and I wanted a blue background but noooo the sky was sickly green like pollution The lotion embed was a success though. 😂 Thank you I need to place an order.
@@TracyD2 you are using "unprocessed" indigo on hair. For soap-making, you need "processed" indigo that is purchased from soap suppliers. That will give you the blue color you are seeking.
Translated in to English from Russian: “Replies Galina Mkrtichyan 6 days ago Amazing! Great ! And the color of indigo appears later, when the soap ripens?”
SNIF Natural Soapmaking lol I laughed so hard when I saw that! My boys would have been so mad at me, I know how much legos mean to children trust me. Take care sweetie
I think it depends on the soaper. I never cover or deliberately heat the soap. Always great colors. Just let it do its own thing. I live at almost 8000 ft. Do not know if that is why my colors are nice.
I'm assuming you don't need freezer paper or anything to line your cartons that you used? And what was your pattern made out of? Did you use a plastic disk or metal? The soap is beautiful.
Many of your improvisations are highly imaginative. Excellent final result.
Thank you very much!
Shout out to your son for the awesome lego construction. Love and greetings from Pretoria, South Africa💖😗
Fantastic, reminds me of Spanish Wall Tiles
They turned out gorgeous, I love how the indigo bloomed!! They look like Dutch antique tiles*

Amazing work from natural and cheap materials
These seem to be far better than the round molds. Beautiful. Would like to see brighter colors also.
Your soap is beautiful and you did it all so efficiently and calmly. I particularly love that you used natural colours.
So many soapers are making soaps with bright synthetic colors and calling them 'natural'
It's crazy that "natural" can mean pretty much anything! Thank you!
I’m not sure why anyone would give a thumbs down!!! Amazing soap sweetie! ❤️😊
I love the family business🥰😉 so cute
Beautiful! I love blue & yellow together!
Thank you! 😊
I love the earthy colors, so beautiful. Great job explaining and showing your process.
You are a good mom he did a great job, and deserves a pay. I wonder as he got older did he felt that 6.00 was too little🤔🤔.
I loved every second of this! Thanks for the purchasing link!
You are so welcome!
They are gorgeous! 😍💖
Thanks for sharing! 😊
Amazing! So pretty!! Too pretty to wash with.
Just beautiful, lovely!!
Thank you so much!
Amazing, and your son definitely gets your inventive mind ❤🌹🙌
Awww, this comment just made my day. Thanks Catriona!
Fantastic idea you have there 😀
Thank you!
Stunning!
Thank you! 😊

You're going to have so much fun!!
I had to watch twice it's just amazing ❤
Thank you so much!
Thank you for sharing this. I was wondering where you purchased your squeeze bottles.
Use a clothespin to keep the rod stationary along the side of the carton. Just a tip.
thank!
The legos keeping your cartons upright was a relly good idea. Poor legos on the bottom. The heat got to them. The soap looked really great.
Try using a flat bottom round casserole dish place mold inside and put beans around edges to hold on place or rice :)
Awesome suggestion, thank you!
You did an amazing job 💕
Thanks Chase :)
I wonder if we could use a pringles can ? maybe but this is awesome sauce
Hahaha my son is the same. Motivation a little bit. Soaps are beautifull❤
Awesome!
Whoops 😬 sorry son!!! 😂
These are so cool, much better than the round!
1st time viewer... Thx. Awsm. Kaliedescopy... 🤗
All so beautiful soaps
Thank you Tanya!

I put the link right in the description. The link was at first not working, but now is. I got it from Wild Plantanica in Montana
Wow! Beautiful.
Very pretty.
Thank you! 😊

Thank you for letting me know, I'll go fix that.
Awsome

Úžasné 🥰🤗🇸🇰

I think it does make a difference. I prefer to pull on the slower side.
How do you use that soap calc website?
I'm an amateur shaper. Having only worked with melt and pour thus far. Looked at soap calc, it's like reading a technical manual written by a dyslexic Japanese alcoholic horror author.
This is funny to me and so true
So beautiful 😍
Where can I get this acrylic plate?
One day I’m going to do this. It looks amazing. All my indigo I ever used is green never blue. Where do you get yours btw? I actually use pure indigo and pure henna for my hair and I tried to use it as a blue color in soap but nope. Thank you
I have used the greenish one and was so disappointed in my soap color, but now I use the indigo from wholesalesuppliesplus.com

Where could i buy square discs pls?
See the link in the description. Wild Plantanica. :)
Восхитительно ! Замечательно ! А цвет индиго проявляется позже, когда мыло созреет ?
Translated in to English from Russian: “Replies Galina Mkrtichyan 6 days ago Amazing! Great ! And the color of indigo appears later, when the soap ripens?”
@@Purplemountainsoaps Thanks for the translation! Yes, the indigo is now a gray/blue. Not nearly as blue as in the photo.
Omg that is so damn funny! I feel so bad for your son but At least the soap turned out beautiful! Stay safe and take care
lol, he got a new lego set out of it, and now hopes I melt all of his base plates lol!!!
SNIF Natural Soapmaking lol I laughed so hard when I saw that! My boys would have been so mad at me, I know how much legos mean to children trust me. Take care sweetie
Have husband make base holder out of wood. Much better, than you don't ruin toys.
@@cheryl739 It wasn't the biggest deal to ruin a baseplate. He's kept it as a souvenir. :)
Lol I am sure by the way the soaps turned out amazing
Do you need to insulate it? Sorry for all the questions, I really want to try tbis, but I'm afraid of messing up.
I did insulate with towel, but it didn't get warm enough so I warmed in oven at 160 degrees F for about 5 minutes.
I think it depends on the soaper. I never cover or deliberately heat the soap. Always great colors. Just let it do its own thing. I live at almost 8000 ft. Do not know if that is why my colors are nice.

You assume correctly, no need for freezer paper because if you noticed, I just peeled the carton off. The disc was acrylic
Thats nice reminds me of old handmade kitchen tiles.
I saw a diffrent video before that but the woman used colours that hurt me eyes
😱😍😍😍👏👌👏👏
If you're not in the U.S.A., and are using metric, a quart is slightly less than a litre...
Oh no please don’t ruin the legos!!!
lol, I know right! Just the base plate was damaged, and I have since come up with a much better way to insulate!
