Saludos a usted y gracias por mirar el video.
15:34 if you can record that sound in the front crew cabin it must be hilarious.
Omg that’s a great idea. Thanks so much for watching 😆
11:02 Is that Donald Sutherland taking photos? 😮
Yes!
Love watching this, it’s my dream to go. My question is can you feel any variation on the ship as it breaks through the ice, and how thick of ice can this luxury icebreaker go through?
Yes you feel vibration ever so slightly and I believe it can cut up to 3 meters (9 feet). :)
@@DrGariSdo you find passengers around you feel seasick? I saw one of the videos talked about “angry sea” on day one
@@christinay9031 huh? What do you mean? This is a smooth sailing. Usually crossing the Drake is the turbulent waters, not Arctic Ocean.
@@DrGariS thanks a lot! Good to know. It was in a Ponant introduction video and you are right - Could be for the South Pole trip
There is no "South Pole" trip by water - it is landlocked!
Thanks for the video series-I’m heading to Ponant’s North Pole cruise next weekend! What was the wifi like on-board?
Non-existent for most of it. You’ll be in the dark for about a week. Why didn’t you book with me? 😃
@@DrGariS Gotcha, I figured, will download a ton of music and movies then 💻
Didn’t book with ya because I’m fully hosted by Ponant for a travel writing assignment! 😁 #dreamjob
Free is always nice and what an amazing assignment! :)
