Hello! And thank you for all the comments. We are not the most RUclips savvy (and also very busy with patients) but for all of you who asked... We use:
5 ml sterile saline
1 drop 3% H2O2
1-3 drops 2% Lugol's Iodine
That's it!

@@ascendantMethEnjoyer for what I read from dr. Mercola never do it with plain or distilled water alone, this will cause serious injury to your lungs, must to be saline solution.

@@bermudez7488 this is bad info, saline & distilled water are interchangeable. FLCCC recommends distilled water over saline. Check out their protocols. Salt is a problem for me & I've used distilled water for some time, NOT DANGEROUS AT ALL
Is this safe for say a 50lb child to nebulizer this ratio?

@@helenmason2765 as per Dr. Kaiser the solution should be four parts saline to one part peroxide. Make sure it is 3% food grade peroxide.
I’m struggling with sickness since late October. I’ve read peroxide isn’t good to inhale and can cause damage. Can someone clarify? I’m willing to try anything. I don’t have iodine. But I have saline, peroxide and colloidal silver
@@rachelwidman2231 I learned a long, long time ago, that I will always lean towards a holistic/integrative/functional medicine doctor before I will buy into a typical medical doctor anymore.. That being said, I have used peroxide in a nebulizer for quite some time and prior to that I would just take a spray bottle and spray that down my throat as I inhaled and I have never ever had a negative reaction. I truly believe that helped me have a very easy time with Covid. My other suggestion to you would be to check out Dr. BERG on RUclips, as well as Dr. Mandel and, Barbara ONeil. All on RUclips and all have great knowledge in healing naturally. Good luck to you. I hope you feel better.
My grandma had one of these before she passed a month ago! She died from a stroke she had to use one of these, the last part of her life recently, because she had a bad cough! I miss her dearly!

Food grade hp is hype. I buy my hp from kroger for $1 a bottle. Nothing wrong with it. Don't buy into the "food grade" lies.
Slight correction, he recommends one whole tsp, not a half tsp, into 16oz (~1 pint) distilled water. This is important as you are aiming for 'normal saline' i.e. 0.9% saline.
@@Adeline9418 So to save money you just inhale stuff without educating yourself, ignoring that there are several tonics mixed with over the counter regular H2O2, one being phenol, used as a stabilizer and which will cause necrosis of the lung's cellular membranes. And you also seem to be ignorant of tetrasodium pyrophosphate , an industrial cleaning solution !! But I get it, you're saving $5. .

Thank you so much! I did this during covid and added colidal silver, providone Iodine and garlic oil. Boy did it work, way better then the Albuterol vile prescription which did nothing for 4 days.

I used Food Grade 3% about 1/4 tsp in my 8 oz of water (I halved the water & salt but used 3% FGHP), & used the essential oils.
Saline solution is just distilled water and sea salt, both very pure ingredients. I mixed a 1 pint mason jar of distilled water and 1/2 measured level into the water in the jar. It will dissolve completely and is clear as can be. No particles settling or visible. Do not use tap water of any kind as it has chlorine, minerals, possible salts from water conditioning. You do not want to be inhaling ANY of that kind of stuff deep into your lungs. Also do not use any other salts that contain trace minerals, particulates, etc such as table salt or pink Himalayan salt. Just plain sea salt. I use Kirkland brand. Then I just give the jar a little shake each time I use it to ensure it’s mixed. Lasts a LONG time for nebulizing. I use 20ml saline to 10ml hydrogen peroxide and it lasts about 5 minutes. Colloidal Silver may be a good idea in the mix too.
I nebulize Colloidal Silver at least every other day- I haven't had a return of my chronic bronchitis since.

@Island Man Ohhh no friend! I nebulized 3 times a day (I used water soluble oregano oil, collidal silver, food grade hydrogen peroxide together. Then I made my own saline and nebulized that alone) and, during that time my body started craving apples, grapes and hot liquids, I obliged. (Haven't had apples or grapes since I recovered. Weird...lol) Got my hands on some NAC took 1,000 mgs twice a day (Great for lung health.) Drank electrolytes, And this last one sounds corny, but worked like a charm...when I felt good enough to go out driving, got in my truck, went for a drive, rolled down my window and SANG TO THE TOP OF MY LUNGS...🤣 I dubbed that as blowing my lungs out...LOL. I hope you feel better soon friend!
@Island Man The doctor prescribed me an Inhaler and it honestly made me feel worst,I stopped using it. That is why I turned to nebulizing..I hit my "Nebby" hard, 3 times a day and started feeling better the next day, so I kept going. I still use my nebby anytime I'm around a lot of people.
Someone needs to invent one that’s silent.

I put a video up at the beginning of covid about h202 and a nebulizer for my clients and others and it was removed multiple times. I gave up. I wonder why?🤷♂️

Is an inhale> breathe hold >then exhalation recommended for better filling of alveoli and collateral ventilation?
Breathe in slowly and deeply until your lungs are full (most people 5-6 seconds), hold 1-2 seconds, exhale.
What is more effective the mask with the nose covering or just the mouth piece?
A mouthpiece is more effective

I've only ever used the mouth piece so far but I'm going to try the face/nose mask because it will get into the nose and sinus area too
It has been suggested to me Colloidal silver 50% Saline 50% but some doctors are dead against using Colloidal silver. The person who told me has a friend who was given a year to live by doctors but is still going strong a year later and feeling much better......but who do you trust is the big question?
Remember, the people who teach doctors don't make money if there are cures that cost virtually nothing.

I cured myself of pneumonia with nebulizer-delivered colloidal silver about six years ago. I have colloidal silver and a hydrogen peroxide/saline solution all ready to go in case I catch Covid-19. I'll use them and zinc lozenges at the very first sign of any symptoms.

No where on the internet can we find the proper mix of saline and peroxide ! It’s ridiculous!
Some say .04% some say .075%some say .1% others say the full 3 percent h.p.
If u never tried it, I'd start with .075 diluted in saline solution and see how u go.

I know it’s a bit late of a reply, but was curious if you could say what kind/brand of nebula we you use for this? I heard Dr. David Brownstein suggest a certain kind of nebulizer seemed to be the most effective and I’m not finding where he specifies exactly what kind/brand of machine he suggests.
Jet nebulizer. Desktop, plug-in style. He states that battery-operated styles do not work with his recommended protocol.

I just watched a video saying using hydrogen peroxide is downright dangerous and should not be inhaled.........I am so confused
Well it might be if you use it without diluting it. If diluted properly then it should work wonders! Check out the first post in the messages… it’s the Dr’s message that they pinned for the measurements that they use in their office. Hope that helps!

I read 10min 4x/day but it's ultra safe. The concentration of h2o2 is more important, concentrations higher than 3% aren't recommended. Dilute in half if uncomfortable. I use filtered water & 2 drops of iodine
