गीता ज्ञान दाता ने गीता अध्याय 8 श्लोक 3 में परम अक्षर ब्रह्म (पुरूष) अपने से अन्य बताया है। श्लोक 5-7 में अपनी भक्ति करने को कहा है तथा गीता अध्याय 8 के ही श्लोक 8-9-10 में अपने से अन्य परम अक्षर ब्रह्म यानि परम अक्षर पुरूष सच्चिदानंद घन ब्रह्म यानि दिव्य परम पुरूष यानि परमेश्वर की भक्ति करने को कहा है। गीता अध्याय 8 श्लोक 9 में भी उसी को सबका धारण-पोषण करने वाला बताया है।

ऊँ, तत्, सत्, इति, निर्देशः, ब्रह्मणः, त्रिविधः, स्मृतः
