Tried Pre-Jym and it works to an extent but I got my massive exertion headache while taking it. I just didn't feel like I was pushing myself until that happened. Not a knock at the product as it was my fault for pushing too hard. As for the post, I'm curious as to why there's no magnesium/potassium in this. I might try it out but I might look into just the post for pre and post because the caffeine was too much for me on the pre. Plus, I had some caffeine withdrawals when I stopped using it which is really odd.
Dr. Stoppani, why did you not release in the market the pre and post at the same time if you think it's crucial to take both to maximize results? Can I just take creating HCL, whey protein and gummy bears post-workout instead and get the same results?
Creatine monohydrate, 2:1:1 ratio BCAA, and whey protein have been scientifically tested and proven to have results for decades. Listening to a CEO of a company pushing his own product is retarded. I wouldnt listen to a word this yokel says regarding his own product with research proving what he has to say wrong. Also, you can get carbs from numerous food sources, why the hell would you eat gummy bears post workout when you can eat fruit and maintain your macros? If youre dying for something sugary eat a god damn snickers.
I'm currently taking prejym pre workout and a whey, soy, casien protien shake after workout as well as the postjym. I understand all the ingredients are essential but isn't it too much too soon?
Wow! Dr. Stoppani is changing the game. There won't be any market for bad products.
Too bad BB don't ship Post-Jym to Norway!! Makes me sad because I really wanted to try this product
Massive Joes does and they have post Jym
Such an informative video!

Doesn't iso-leucine block leucine?
And isn't optmizing creatine uptake just a race to the top and then you just have to cycle off faster?
Mind blown. I was lost in Part 1. So many nutrients...
BioPerine 5.3 mg , hello boss jim stoppani, you did not talk about this BioPerine 5.3 mg?
