- Shalach (pronounced shä-lakh’). Shalach is a Hebrew word that means to send, let go, or cast away. It’s active. In that sense, it is not a form of concentration, nor a New Age emptying of your mind. In Shalach meditation, the end goal is to eventually maintain a meditative state while moving, regardless of the stress or situation. I needed this today. Last night I went to bed not angry, but I grew angry increasingly as I thought of something and someone that stressed me. Today I got some of it off my chest with a mentor. Then I went outside to work through this practice. The bumble bees be trying me getting too close but I controlled my breathing and reactions. Thanks, peace.
I have religious trauma and I believe I have balsphemed the holy spirit because when I left it behind I lashed out at it, and have made jokes about the holy ghost since. Now I am in therapy healing my religious trauma. I feel drawn to Yeshua and to God. I seek answers and understanding. I am lost and hurt. Do you believe he'll take me back? Do you believe I could receive salvation...? If I can be redeemed, anyone can. You've no idea how lost I've become. I just want to find god, whatever that is... My heart hurts. I need reassurance now more than ever. I can't explain why when I read the new testament, it resonated with me. Can you help me? Can you pray for me? I often wonder what my life could be like if I never left... I seek salvation, hope, and unconditional love. I am being very vulnerable here...I don't want religion, I just want hope. My brothers, I seek guidance and god's love, because my soul is empty and yearning.
God will answer you and embrace you. That yearning and longing in you, it is nothing but Yahweh calling out to you.
You can never be irredeemable for God.
I believe He has found you. His peace will envelop you.
Your hunger for Him will be satisfied.😊

Holy comes from the pagan idol holika which is a Hindi entity that’s even worshipped. Seek him in fullness and the truth and you will find greater comfort

Up late stressing at almost 3:30am trying to settle my mind alone after a day of intense chaos and facing the anxiety of the one to come and here this message pops up. 😪 A coincidence? I think not. Funny thing is I pray and release the cares before the day begins and at night before I go to bed but when the pressure is extreme like this we tend to try to revert back to wanting control and that is what often leads to the vicious cycle of depression and stress and many times a lack of faith especially if you had someone you would confide in and then they aren't around anymore to speak with you and tell you the right words of comfort in the moment. It leaves you naked and you're either gonna freeze alone or you're gonna have to warm up to Yah our creator. We shall overcome. HALLELUYAH!! APTTMH. 🙏
30 years as a firefighter and I didnt know what I had been practicing although I prayed for peace to deal with the chaos that I would face daily. I failed in my marriage life though. Im thankful to hear this message and learn of the word "Shalach" and those three R's. Never too old to learn new lessons.

That's very deep, brother. As an Israeli Jew, I appreciate the fact you're taking wisdom from the bible. I think we're all one, we're all tied by one great factor. That meditation you composed is proof of that, to me. It combines elements from Eastern practices as well as from Judaism and Christianity.

I struggle with this. I feel that staying up late is my time to detox, heal, and mentally prepare for the next day. But I'm so tired the next day and end up still in pain and unprepared. I am working to let go and lean on GOD.
Jason I’m about to be a father this August, and a husband sooner as well. I want to set up boundaries with my family, I don’t want them at my wedding or around my son. Am I being cruel? My father was alcoholic, absent, abusive, and angry. My mother is narcissistic, controlling, fearfully anxious, and devouring. I don’t want my child around this behavior or these people. I don’t want to suffer it anymore, I just assumed it was my responsibility to fix them, but I can’t. I can’t control them, I can control me, but am I wrong for following my instincts and backing away from the toxicity?
I think you have to protect yourself from toxic people even if they are your family. If you have tried and tried and they remain the same, you have to put strong boundaries in place. You can never change a narcisst ever. Wish them love and kindness in your heart, and when they are healed, then it's good to reconcile, but until that day, "shake the dust from your feet" as Jesus says in the Bible
