I have noticed that 95% of people on RUclips just talk video. A system camera takes pictures, a film camera films. I'm a photographer not a videographer. Then the camera manufacturers realized that if we put film in the camera, we can raise the price by 50%. That's why I have the Canon EOS R as it sucks on film. Perfect camera.
Looking to get my first 'good' camera. After researching, I think I am going with an Olympus/OM Systems. Yeah, it's not a full frame, but I am old, and not a pro photographer. Just want one for hiking and vacations, and the smaller size of the Olympus seems like it would be more 'friendly' to my needs.
I'm a Nikon shooter - I've been tempted to move to Sony, but I've decided to be a bit more patient since the Z9. I'm hoping the AF tech will be put into a Z8 / Z6 III. I think all the camera manufacturers are producing good cameras today. I was even interested in the Panasonic GH6 mainly because of the 10-25 lens. PS: what lens did you have on your A7C.
in this video, the samyang 35mm, f1.4. i use it for 90% of my shots. love that thing. but recently I've been playing around with my samyang 85mm,f1.4. its a lot of fun too.

Always wanted a Canon but ended up with Nikon and Fujifilm. And that is just fine😎

Sure the m50 is known to be a good valuable camera for beginners. of course it depends on what you use it for. But I think m50 is a sold purchase.
