  • Hi friends welcome to YOSHINI KITCHENS. Learn how to make the perfect Coconut Mango Chutney (కొబ్బరి మామిడి పచ్చడి):
    Ingredients:
    1 cup grated coconut (కొబ్బరి)
    1 ripe mango, diced (మామిడి)
    1/2 cup green chilies (పచ్చి మిరపకాయలు)
    2 cloves garlic, minced (వెల్లుల్లి)
    1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (జీలకర్ర)
    Salt, to taste (ఉప్పు)
    2 tablespoons oil (నూనె)
    Fresh cilantro, for garnish (కొత్తిమీర)
    Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds, green chilies, onion, and garlic.
    2. Add grated coconut and sauté until lightly browned.
    3. Add diced mango, salt, and mix well.
    4. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the chutney thickens.
    5. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or roti.
