If the Prince doesn’t turn back to normal, maybe either the Dark Prince would take control and become a cruel, greedy and violent king as he leads the Persian Empire to conquer the entire world, the people who saw the Prince as a hero would fear and despise him for being a sand monster or the Prince would die in his Dark Prince form if he doesn’t collect enough Sands of Time.
