This is why you always pack boxes with proper padding around the sides, in case they get jostled in a dogfight.
Here is some irony for you, FedEx actually has a laser anti-missile system on their planes that commonly fly over potentially hostile air spaces... So yes Fed-Ex is technically has armed their delivery planes.

They can confirm. In the early 2000s, a couple of their planes had anti missile lasers sponsored by the US, and in 2022, they asked for them back sadly denied tho.

I like how people complain that lasers on an airplane isn’t realistic, but the Fed-Ex MD-11 canonically has laser defenses.
It's still a piece of shit to work on and I'm glad they're being decommissioned in favor of an all-Boeing fleet.
@@Avgeek_MM *Technically*. The DC-10 is McDonnell-Douglas, as the designation implies - it only counts as Boeing because they merged in 1997, but the DC-10 and MD-11 are both MD designs.
