Oh, I've just been taken back to my childhood when I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Alan Garner by my teacher. Thank you, this was a treat.

I’ve read Mr Garner since childhood and I always come away from him, whether reading or listening, feeling like my mind has expanded in all directions. What a pleasure that is and how stimulating.

Fabulous! I grew up three miles from where Alan Garner lives. Hearing about the ‘Jack Acre’ brings back so many memories of cycling around that part of Cheshire in the late 1970s. The triangle of countryside between Sandbach, Knutsford and Macclesfield is a magical part of the world for me. Thank you for all your wonderful books!

Well i go to castle Rock , to play my crystal bowls , almost on the point were bel and ellen the dragon energies cross over , which i happen to believe , where a bench used to be that Alan sat on , i wonder if he knew he was sat in a high energy vortex centre , well maybe he does and thats why the Axe Edge Stone was moved :) , vortex energies can offer connections to to a higher consciousness ,
