It's a wonderful way to wind down before bed, to ease anxiety or calm the mind during a busy day.

Hi all, I am sincerely sorry for the ads. I don't have an account that monetizes content, but it seems there's a clause in RUclips contracts that states they can choose to put ads on any videos. I have tried multiple times to contact RUclips but to no avail. I'm So sorry. Correct you are. It's called a Monochord and this particular one is a "Monolina" made by Feeltone. x
This was great until the commercial kicked in and completely kicked me out of my meditation
Aghhhhhhh, I am SO so so sorry hon. I had similar feedback a few months ago and turned off ads - or so I thought. I'm going to reach out to RUclips and see what's going on, because I absolutely 100% don't want ads to be disturbing you guys :(
