What makes this channel so watchable is the working relationship between Rob and Chris. Chalk and cheese. Extrovert and introvert. Lamborghini and lawnmower. Great stuff.
We are going to run out of guys like Chris who knows how to repair a vehicle cheaply because of the way insurance companies are handling accident damage, they need to see it like you two do it cheap do it right and with recycled parts 👍🏻🏴
All these extra costs, like hire cars, are part of the reason premiums are so high, and why insurance companies seem to write off perfectly salvageable cars.
4 new tyres ?, strange, only needed 2, ahh, all is revealed !, lucky girl... what's happening with the gtr ? sorry, couldn't resist... keep up the excellent work chaps
Always a great pleasure watching you guys. Great repair and good to hear that it goes to a family member. Great skills demonstrated on that rear arch Chris. Lovely looking Audi.
That was a sweet repair guys 👍🏻 I always love how you look after your family with nice motors 😊 Love the soldier picture on the office wall 🤩 looking like it’s going to a fantastic year guys with Salvage Rebuilds 😊
Who ever mopped that did a nice job, A great little series and a good ending too. Looking forward to some vids from the room next door in 25. Btw, respect to Dan for painting all that block work, I spent a good chunk of Christmas doing that, not pleasant.
A great outcome for everyone (especially Chris's sister!) by the sound of it: I can imagine swage lines being extremely difficult to get right but it seems they're no bother to Chris! Just picking up on a comment Rob made - I rented a 74-plate 1 litre Skoda Fabia over the last month and it certainly seemed to fly when you pushed it. Again, thank you for the regular Sunday evening entertainment 👍
Beautiful repair on this car Chris will show you it can be done and Rob will have all the alignment and wheels and tyres sorted to put a bargain back on the road to the next lucky owner
Great series on the Audi lads. Looking forward to seeing the next one. Be great to see you on a podcast sometime, so we can find out more about the story of Rob and Chris.
Brilliant as always lads i would buy a car from you in a heartbeat if i ever need one, my ideal car is a full top of the range lwb range rover the proper version, daddy of them all, but can dream can't we. Hi Rob back in the 70's I used to work 9:34 in a Ford main dealership body shop we always fitting new body shell's I don't see anybody these days doing that.

looks mint, what more can you say, as always nice job guys a nice ease in to the new year with no drama or big parts bills. hope all your projects in 2025 go this smoothly 👍
Gutted, been waiting on this one to finish to buy for the wife. Had the email drafted ready for the Instagram post…. 10k would have been a bargain. Lovely little car!
Even if a family member was not having that car I think you would still have made some money on it because you bought nothing (almost) for it in parts. Well done to Chris once again for all his panel work on this one. Talking of Chris I think 'his' work shop is looking great with new lights in. I always thought it was a bit dim in there so now he can get on and work on the Morris. Just to add last year was the Centenary of Morris Commercials but I am sure Chris knew that anyway. Great video Rob and Chris as usual. 👍👍

Awesome video guys 👏🏼
All these extra costs, like hire cars, are part of the reason premiums are so high, and why insurance companies seem to write off perfectly salvageable cars.
I agree. When someone writes off your car, you should be made to get a bus or walk
When I’m asked at renewal if I want courtesy car then I’d expect one if my car was off road due to a collision.
@@Diggerydo24You do! If it’s written off u don’t get a car
And recovery companies and storage companies

I think Chris could paint the quarter and bumper himself
LED lights save money & the brightness is so much better than fluorescent tubes. Nice job on the A1.🙂
I updated all my lights to LED and I cannot even give the old tubes away.
