Yeah the animator is from China, which holds a very negative viewpoint against the Imperial flag, so it's reasonable he don't use that design.
Besides if you did not notice, the PRC is the only China depicted here. There's no ROC or any other factions. That should help you understand why he didn't draw it.

The Axis was a very interesting alliance. Their goals were direct attacks on the other yet they still found the need to be allies simply because they hated the Soviets and Americans.
Really goes to show that no matter what, an common foe is what can get the most unlikely allies with goals that contradict eachother no less to be allies in common foe.

Greece had also been helped by the United Kingdom, in fact there were many English soldiers helping Greece, otherwise Italy would have invaded it without problems, it was only thanks to the British that you chased away the Italian army
@@gabrielebova8110 this is false because many of the engagements during early to halfway of the war had isolated italian vs greek battles, 80% of them the italians lost, the british only had a very small contigency force.
The Facist italian military was just THAT incompetent to see that greece prepared with partial mobilization.

Though it's debatable about how accurate that is since, WW2 Italy was notorious for terrible leadership and tactical aptitude, while also not having much of an industry in the first place. Interesting fact: in the last year of war, Soviets entered the war against Japan and fought against Kwantung army on the continent (so-called Manchurian operation) - by the end of war it was already obvious that Kwantung army would lose, but japaneese commanders refused to surrender, wanting to "die honorably in the last stand". Soviet commanders understood that it would take lots of unneeded casualties and lots of time for that "last fight", so soviet general on negotiations with kwantung commander bluffed that americans already gave soviets technology of nuclear bomb (events were happening several days after Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings) and that USSR also have it (he even put several heavy bombers in the air and claimed that those are armed with nukes), so if Kwantung army won't surrender, there would be "no honorable death in battle - just destruction in nuclear fire". The bluff worked, and what left of Kwantung army surrendered.

Sad you didn't include all the axis, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia (I know it was almost a puppet state, but still participated in the invasion of Poland and etc.) Croatia (same as Slovakia) and Finland, if I missed any country you can mind me there. Still the video is very good and I like it.
You forgot Iraq (joined the axis but got occupied by UK after a month but did fight the allies in the anglo-iraqi war and had help from Germany and Italy)
@@ineedbleach Yeah thats right, but I didn't include Iraq because it really didn't join axis, it just attacked UK so now people just count him up in the list of axis powers. Still tho you are right.

@@sean.m. Well wondering if thats right as I checked wiki and it doesn't include Petain's Vichy regime as a part of axis, technically it was a kind of puppet state of Germany, but as I remember well it never formed a formal alliance with Reich.
