My sister had Lewy Body Dementia. She had hallucinations, the first year, and saw little green furry creatures. She suffered with it for 7 years. She couldn't walk or talk, at the end.
Seeing spiders crawling on the wall is not a usual part of my day.
Really interesting and helpful insight to hallucinations in LBD. Thank you.
My father suffers from hallucinations CONSTANTLY!!! he screams and tells and fights with these people he sees for HOURS! It is terrible. He is yelling at them right now. Then he yells at me and tells me I am "God damn stupid" because I let these people in all the time. He is yelling at them right now saying get the hell out of her you dirty bastards.
Oops yells
Yup my loved one is doing similar eg "get these people out of here" and lots more. Best wishes

Is LBD likely to be congenital?
My husband see lights landing on our yard at night and he thinks about sex all the time , even just watching a simple TV program. Is this normal ?
