Thank you for these beautiful lessons that you Bro. Tyler Griffin and Bro.Halverson teach. I understand more and teach my grandchildren the Book of Mormon. English is my second language sometimes it’s hard to explain. I sometimes go back and listen again and again the messages for me. I’m grateful to you both for taking the time out of your busy schedules to help me. I love the Book of Mormon my best book to read. I have read it several times throughout my life. I find news things every time and I’m learning more from you both. It’s like I’m in school in Religion class in high school back home. I love to listen and watch you both on RUclips. I have a strong testimony of the Book of Mormon Mormon. I know it is true because I’ve read it many times and write things in my scriptures and in a notebook I have also prayed about it’s truth. Nobody can take that away from me. Thank you so much for all you do to explain to answer questions that I have. I have more knowledge and appreciate all that I have learned from you both. I love you guys for sharing your knowledge and wisdom and your testimonies
a simple fact---- Taylor and Tyler, you both are powerful examples of instruments in the hand of our most skilful artist--our Lord Jesus Christ. I feel the same anticipation and joy I used to feel as a child on Christmas morning every monday morning when I open your u-tube message, because I know I will be receiving a needed and easily understood message of love from the Book of Mormon, so, THANK YOU again for sharing your ability's and knowledge----rick
Taylor and Tyler, you brethren are so blessed to be able to teach the way you do! I am so thankful for these video classes when we can't meet together for Sunday School. Your insights are so helpful in helping me understand The Book of Mormon and increase my testimony of The Book of Mormon. I am so thankful for all the wonderful Saints and to be a part of such a righteous covenant people.
A sincere, heartfelt, spiritfelt thankyou Brethren. It is over fifty years since I was baptized, and only now, with your inspired help, am I understanding The Book Of Mormon, Another Testament of Jesus Christ. I finally am getting to know who's who, what's what, where is where, and why? For the past two days I have started my day studying with you, my days have totally turned around, I'm happy, 'lifted up' especially emotionally. Thank you again for your help.
Thank you for blessing my life and being one of those tools in His hands you talked about. I am a sculptor, and so your analogy really hit home to me in a way that I very much needed. Thank you.
I love the analogy of ya being shaped to be a better instrument in the hands of the Lord. Taylor the way you explain the Law of Moses and it’s purpose was brilliant Thank you !
Thank you Tyler and Taylor for your great insight into the Book of Mormon. We love your lessons and always look forward to be spiritually feed. Keep up the great work. God bless both of you and your families
I've enjoyed the insights of studying "come follow me" study guide with Tyler and Taylor. I appreciate the quality time and effort you put into making all lesson topics. Your lessons really make a difference in how much I'm learning each week. So grateful for you guys, Thank you so much.
Thank you so much brothers for making my Sunday a delight. I love you brothers so much. You have once again pointed me to the Master Artist Jesus Christ. After watching this I was filled.
Brother Tyler. I believe that Alma, in Alma 29:1 actually got his wish - Joseph Smith published him, and therefore, Alma has got to cry repentance to the whole world for many years. He just happened to be a humble man and at that time maybe forgot that his words were going to be carried forth through Mormon and Moroni to the latter-days. That has been what I have been teaching my Gospel Doctrine class for many years when I get to that lesson. Thank you and Taylor for your insights.
I loved the focus on and the examples of the use of "or." The explanations given of the rephrasing and corrections were another straightforward and yet powerful witness of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. Yet another refreshing discovery amongst the many this year under your stirring tutelage of the Book of Mormon. Have a great week!
Tyler & Taylor, we have enjoyed your insights and your testimonies each week. We continue to learn from you both and you have been a vital part of our efforts to stay with the “Come Follow Me” lessons. We are grateful for you both.
How excellent this section is! I need to return to listen to it again after I have read the assigned chapters. Thank you so very much for being inspired to know how much these videos are helping me personally! 💙
I just love these lessons!!! I can feel both of your love for the scriptures. I love that neither of you hesitate to share your testimonies throughout the lessons and your thoughts.
Thank you. I always gain so much by listening to you. I have learned so much about the Book of Mormon that I did not know. All the thoughts between the lines. I appreciate both of you. love learning the meaning of words in Hebrew and Egyptian.
Powerful Scripture Block this week with GREAT insights T&T Bro's !! I particularly enjoyed the analogy of the word "Instrument" in Alma 26:15 & Alma 29:9. I'm reminded when the Lord shaped Moses in the furnace of Affliction UNTIL he was READY for the Makers Hand molded NOW to do his mighty work. Finally, Joseph Smith said it best from his own mouth, "“I am like a huge, rough stone rolling down from a high mountain; and the only polishing I get is when some corner gets rubbed off by coming in contact with something else, striking with accelerated force against religious bigotry, … Thus I will become a smooth and polished shaft in the quiver of the Almighty” (Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, p. 304).
Thank you for this lesson all of it especially your final story about The character of Scrub. I really needed this entire lesson today. Thank you for being instruments.
Thank u for all joy info each lesson. I dont see it as a mistake or correction, it matches in my Portuguese thought pattern way 😇thus I see why there are miscommunication situations in my life
We love your lessons! Here is another example of Mormon writing ahead of his Thoughts. “For the things which some men esteem to be of great worth, both to the body and soul, others set at naught and trample under their feet. Yea, even the very God of Israel do men trample under their feet; I say, trample under their feet but I would speak in other words-they set him at naught, and hearken not to the voice of his counsels.” 1Nephi 19:7
Thank you for this lesson and your insights. It's another part of the Book of Mormon that touches my heart and keeps me on the Covenant Path. My family was and is still burdened with addiction. My sister even used drugs until they killed her. Alcoholism is genetic in our family...generations of them. I followed in that path until the mercy of God SNATCHED me from my awful sinful and polluted state. So many miracles! I did something similar to the Anti-Nephi-Lehis by making a covenant never to go into a bar again...or even sit in a bar to eat if the restaurant is full. It seems silly to some people that I will wait for a table in the dining room or go to another restaurant but I will not bend on this issue. I went to visit a friend who was finishing her shift at a restaurant and needed to get something from the adjoining bar...that was closed...and I waited in the restaurant instead of going in which she thought silly because it was closed. I don't mind being thought of as silly. It's been 34 years now and my mantra is always I love Jesus more than anything even my addiction. This has kept me on the Covenant Path...which is not to say I'm anywhere near perfect but I did bury my weapons of rebellion deep and I am SNATCHED and born of God! Thank you again for this particular insight. God Bless!
We absolutely love your lessons! We get so much more out of the scriptures from your insights. Thank you so much for all your efforts. We look forward each week to your lessons.
the knowledge I have obtained since I found your site, is incredible. thank you so much for sharing each week. you have made our COVID isolation a pleasure. Love the story at the end from CS Lewis, he had more insight than a lot of people.
I am so grateful about your lesson this is wonderful a lot learning the Anti and yeah keeping the Commandments all of us can prosper thank you so much that will keep me closer and get connected to our God the Father and giving us strength especially in the most difficult time .
Thank you brethren for such a amazing spiritual feast listening to your teaching. I consider you a lantern to teach me the way to be a better teacher and person. Lord bless you.
The promise of prosperity while living the commandments is so clear in these days. When we discard the commandments we cannot expect the Lord to bless us.
Thank you for taking the time to prepare this lessons! What I enjoy the most is the feeling you guys transmit... It is not easy to, virtually, do that, it is only possible when there is a conscious preparation. Thank you!
These lessons are like deposits of gold added to my knowledge base each time. Thank you for the beautiful lesson and for bringing wonderful insight to us. Come follow me is such an exiciting journey and I am happy to come along for the ride, Thank you and God Bless :)
We now watch this during dinner instead of the news, we have to break your videos up into thirds to savour it so when we saw you did the geography vid we were wrapped! Thank you, keep going!! Luv from Down Under☀️
Muito obrigado irmãos pela tradução em Português, como é tão bom acompanhar-vos e entender. Que o Senhor o abençoe no bom trabalho que estais engajados.
This week's lesson was another favorite!!! The story of Eustis was a wonderful analogy! These lessons truly remind me of the classes I took at Ricks after my mission and the stories Elder Holland would share with us at the Devotionals!
Awww boy, you got me against the end 😢. Your lesson endings have hit many chords for me. When I'm looking for inspiration for my weekly email messages to the Singles Adults in my Stake over Lockdown in the UK, wondering what to share, your endings are an answer to my prayers. Thank you 🙂
Thank you Brother Tyler and Taylor this lesson gives me courage to hold on not giving up.. I love both of you.. Really I'm struggling to finish this video coz of tiredness.. I'm happy I did it until the end. Thank you so much!
I really appreciate all the study and time given to this web site I really hope that these will stay available for access next year as I re start my BOM studies. Leota
I always learn so much from you guys! I loved the part of the dragon skin and the part where you talk about my 20 something will not hold me captive anymore!
There are not words of thankfulness I have you both teach. You are blessed with knowledge and teaching me so much. D&C 88:118 you fulfil this scripture.
Tyler and Taylor, thank you so much for adding Portuguese subtitles to your videos! I only noticed that today and I’m so happy and excited to share it with my family and friends in Brazil. I love the Spirit you bring to us in your insights. Thank you so much! 😇🙏🏻
I have heard it said ' lf anyone brings up your past tell them Jesus dropped all the charges ' with regards to the Shakespeare play you mentioned. Thanks so much for your insights into the Book of Mormon. God bless.
I very much like what you said about things working much better when we try to know what the Savior wants us to do and then follow Him. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences about this. I feel the same. This way is maybe more difficult, but makes us understanding that He knows us and our situation. Thank you both for your wonderful teaching
Thank you for your sharing your knowledge of the scriptures. So enjoy each Sunday “Good Morning I’m Taylor, I’m Tyler” Book of Mormon Central videos have helped our family enhance our study of the lessons each week. Happy Sabbath!
That was really beautiful way to end, thank you Tyler and Taylor! Your share about Ammon's boasting reminded me of some study I had done last year on the various Hebrew words for praise. This passage had come up as a cross-reference to Paul's boasting in 2 Corinthians. It hadn't been a part of the lesson plan, I had looked it up for another reason. But the spirit works in marvelous ways to help us make connections that we otherwise would fail to see. Taylor can correct me if I'm wrong! Halal is the hebrew word for praise - but it's a very boastful, almost arrogant - crazy - way to praise God - and is where the word Hallelujah is derived from. Interestingly, "chalal" is the kind of praise that I feel Aaron was warning Ammon against - that praise that crosses the line and starts to bring attention to oneself, in a profane way. I like what you shared about art instruments, as opposed to musical instruments. Last week I have had impressions about glass, and the art of glass blowing - the creation process, which involves a furnace, and careful moulding, blowing, and sometimes additional hands to prevent the piece from falling off the rod and smashing! I felt impressed that we need to "become" the works of creation that we can attribute to God. We can be the instruments in his hands to do what we have the capacity to understand to do. When we try to do anything else, it's like we are no longer letting him guide our hands as we create our works, we are snatching our hands away so that we can do things our way. Of course, he can fix our inevitable mistakes, and even miraculously, when we drop our pieces and they smash on the floor, somehow He is able to pick up those pieces again, put them into the furnace and begin the moulding process all over again. If we allow Him, we can become these beautifully intricately created glass pieces, through which the light of his glory can shine through.
Excellent insights! Thanks for sharing. Halal is the Hebrew word for praise and it conveys the sense of overpowering expressions of gratitude and love and praise to God. Since God is so great its nearly impossible to use sufficiently grandiose words of praise to express His amazing nature.
@@taylorhalverson3052 This is great! Alot of times I "feel" the overpowering sense to express, but lack the method or "grandiose words" of expression which is exactly my intent, though that doesn't stop me from trying. :) We can praise him through our actions also, as the author of Hebrews encouraged by expounding upon Isaiah's words, but there is something special about being able to use words or "fruit of the lips" as Ammon did, when the spirit will give them to us, as he obviously gave to Ammon in that chapter! Thank you!
Love you guys, your insights and teaching style. Thanks for your devotion and many hours of preparation. Taylor and Tyler, T & T, maybe you should consider renaming these Teach and Testify - Book of Mormon; Teach and Testify - New Testament etc.

Thank you for summarizing how Eustace of the Chronicle of Narnia became a wonderful boy. I want to be like that boy and there is only one way. Thank you for your gift of teaching to us. You inspire me every single time.
Tyler as you were talking about the burying of the weapons a thought crossed my mind that I'd like to share. I think that Mormon's correction might not have been necessary about them being weapons of peace. I think they were weapons of peace. The anti-nephi-lehies had already gained a testimony of the gospel, which then leads to action. They stopped killing after gaining their testimonies. Their swords were already 'bright' with the affects of the Atonement. I think their weapons were a SYMBOL of peace then. Hope I've articulated my thoughts in a way you don't think I'm strange for thinking this way...just another way of interpreting the scripture. Powerful lesson again, today. Thank you.
When you talked about Mormon messing up with, " weapons of war..." That was interesting but maybe it could mean that they used their weapons of war to try to bring peace but it didn't work so they completely got rid of the weapons and changed their hearts. Also, thank you for explaining the, "anti" part of their new name! I have wondered about that for years.
Regarding the mistake in 24:19, the thought that came to me is that prior to their conversion that is how they got peace, was through war. Now that they have been converted, they see that it wasn't really peace but war.
I went to Book of Mormon Central to find the 2 knowhys that were suggested at the beginning of the discussion. I could not find them anywhere. That was a little disappointing but I'm okay. I still love you both and I know that the Book of Mormon is true. 😉
@@taylorhalverson3052 I like to think of the Zion principle as a basis for their name. And it popped out to me in reading this time that they conferred with Ammon and many of the priests - which indicates to me this had religious significance to them, not political. Your insights were helpful. Made me ponder: What name would people attribute to me? Is it obvious by the way I live that I am "she of Christ" "belonging to Christ"? Thank you.
Hi guys! You are so talented. We enjoy all the insights you share every week. We are so thankful for that. I wanted to comment about the name Anti-Nephi-Lehi. Something to think about: In the Inca civilization, "Inti" was the name of the god of the sun. He was the greatest of their gods. According to the Incas, they concider themselves as the sons and daughters of the sun. So INTI=Our Heavenly Father. And INCAS=God's People, like the Anti-Nephi-Lehi. Something to pray and ponder about.
Taylor Halverson thank you for your lessons. If their last name is Behunin then we are related but distantly, through Grandpa Isaac Behunin. He settled in Zion’s Canyon and gave it it’s name. I love your lessons and use your insight every week for our Come Follow Me lessons. 😇😇❤️
The “mistake” in alma 43 occurs on the scriptures in English version because of the word “from”. In Portuguese scriptures we don’t have the same mistake, in fact both parts of the verse speak the same thing but in other words, almost wordy. I believe the same difference occurs in other languages.
I am amazed that we continue to suggest the linguistic play originally proposed by High Nibley, a great LDS academic, but was in error on this. It is typical in the Book of Mormon that a people are called after their leader, rarely, if ever, are they called after a cause, unlike today. Thus the Anti-Nephi-Lehies we may assume are named after someone. In Alma 23:7-10 we first come across the name Anti-Nephi-Lehies. We are told it was only those who were converted who took this name (Alma 23:16). But who is Anti-Nephi-Lehi? A few verses later, in Alma 24:3,5 we learn that the son of the king and brother to Lamoni has the name Anti-Nephi-Lehi. Now the rest we can only speculate. Was this his birth name or a regal name after being conferred the throne by his father? Was it possible it was his father’s name? Nowhere are we told the name of the father of Lamoni, i.e. the king of the land of Nephi. So like in English regal names ( or papal names) where kings assume a new name when they take the throne, it is usual to take a regal name typically after a prior king ( see Jacob 1:11). We could speculate that it was also the name of Anti-Nephi-Lehi’s father, as we are not given his name. We are only told he was the king of the land of Nephi and is only identified as the father of Lamoni. We could therefore reasonably propose that since the people took the name of Anti-Nephi-Lehi in Alma 23:17 (which is prior to the son Anti-Nephi-Lehi being conferred king) that the king’s name(the person whom Aaron had taught), was Anti-Nephi-Lehi. That is, the son of the king of the land of Nephi, and brother to Lamoni, took the regal name of his father upon being conferred the throne. To me this makes sense. The king of the land of Nephi (Alma 22:1), we may assume would have been brought up in the traditions of his fathers and it seems probable they would have used the name ‘Anti-Nephi-Lehi’ to show they were ‘Anti’ (i.e. against) Nephi -(son of) Lehi. Now they were no longer wanted to be known as ‘Lamanites’ or follow the traditions of the Lamanites, and desired a name to distinguish themselves from their brethren. They choose the name of their leader and that was their king, Anti-Nephi-Lehi, the king of the land of Nephi who had been converted by Aaron. Later they felt that the name of Anti-Nephi-Lehi was not appropriate and changed their name to the people of Ammon or Ammonites (Alma 27:25-27). (Notice again they take the name of a person whom they follow). They recognised Ammon as their new leader in the land of Jershon where they were given refuge. The use of the preposition ‘Anti’ has little or nothing to do with ancient Egyptian linguistics and is a far stretch.
Thanks for taking the time to respond. You may be right. But there are other clues throughout the Book of Mormon that do suggest that we should be looking to Hebrew and Egyptian words and names for understanding. So there are a variety of proposals, including this one: knowhy.bookofmormoncentral.org/content/why-did-converted-lamanites-call-themselves-anti-nephi-lehies
@@taylorhalverson3052 Thank for taking the time to respond. It may not be a doctrinal issue. But it certainly makes study interesting. My wife and I enjoy and get much from your video lessons and I know many others do.
@@alanfleming4828 You are probably right brother! It makes sense about the name of the king of the lamanites... Anti-Nephi-Lehi King and his son or Anti-Nephi-Lehi the younger. Thank you for bringing this up.
The name Anti-Nephi-Lehi is so relevant today as we in our time struggle with racism and black lives matter... To me this name says... Anti racism, anti-sectarianism, anti-prejudice... Anti-Lehi-Nephi... In God we are all His Children and I like them must bury my weapons of devisions and war but stand for peace.
The Anti-Nephi-Lehi’s differentiated themselves through moral actions that brought them closer to Christ. Once again as a society on both sides of the political spectrum we have begun to put a higher importance on skin color than on the actions and morality of individuals. If only we could be like both the Lamanites and the Nephites in this story. They were able to forgive past actions and look to the heart inside. But, it took forgiveness and understanding on both sides to make that happen.
It seems more likely that the Lamanites called them "weapons of peace" just as modern language calls them weapons of defense. So, it seems Mormon saying "or weapons of war" is more likely calling them what they are and how they are used as opposed to clarifying a careless error.
I like both analogies. It seems God allows us to have personal revelation. He is kind of smart like that. 😉 Sometimes in our lives, it may be revealed one way to mean something we personally need to hear. Other times it may mean something different to our souls that we need it hear at that particular time. Isn't it wonderful! The scriptures are so very personal to each of us. I truly love both explanations. Thank you.
@@taylorhalverson3052 While reading further, in Alma 40, I noticed what probably shaped my opinion leading to the comment I left here. Maybe it is the way they spoke/wrote. Alma 40:2 "." And again in Alma 11:1 "... " I know you both know far more than I do. It is just nice to be able to express my thoughts and feel like I am heard.
My wife and I watch you every Sunday and learn so much from. You both do a great job. The only problem is that we have a hard time seeing what you write on white board.. A good old fashion chalkboard might better?? Thank you all
Sorry about the white board. since we filmed these episodes we've bought new black pens that make it easier to see the board. The pastel colors are hard to see (as you noticed).
I was disappointed that you barely touched Alma 28. The people of Zarahemla made a great sacrifice for the Anti-Nephi-Lehi people because the Lamanites followed them and made war on the Nephites. This battle was greater than had ever been known before, a tremendous slaughter among the people of Nephi and great mourning throughout the land, widows and children crying for their loss. But there is no mention of any resentment against the converted Lamanites. That is an amazing sacrifice on the part of the wives and children on behalf of them. I believe that is precisely why Alma expresses his uplifting message of hope in chapter 29.
Hi there, thank you for the best explanations I've heard about this range of scriptures, specially the instruments analogy . This vídeo have the captions also in Portuguese, but not the others. Are you considering to have that in all your videos? I'm looking forward to share with my friend and family, but we are from Portugal and many of them don't speak English. Thank you so much, once again.
When I look at Alma 24:3-4 It almost seems like the king named his son Anti-Nephi-Lehi. (Before meeting Ammon) And when the son becomes king the people take on his name much like all the other groups that take on their leader's name. Are we not sure that they're just called Anti-Nephi-Lehi because that's their new king's name? And then the name doesn't really stick because really they're being led by Ammon and so they change their name to being the people of Ammon. (Alma 27:26)
The text isn't totally clear on this point. however, we have lots of evidence in scripture of people taking new names AFTER making covenants. So likely both the people and the king took upon themselves this new name after covenanting to be God's people.
My understanding of the Book of Mormon has increased so much as I study it with Tyler and Taylor! Thank you for sharing insights with us. I have one question. Where can I print a copy of the Book of Mormon Central Book of Mormon map to use as a reference while reading? Again, thanks for your insights!
We love listening to your presentation each week. We always learn something new. You both do an amazing job! Loved the lesson on the Anti-Nephi-Lehis. That makes sense. *But we take issue with your view of Alma 24:19...they buried their weapons of peace, or they buried the weapons of war, for peace... We don't believe it's a mistake but rather a well done literary form.
So what is the difference between prospering (having gods presence), and prospering in the land? And as always great lessons! Cause their are so many little lessons within one lesson!
More research has come out. Check out BMC's article on this topic here: knowhy.bookofmormoncentral.org/knowhy/why-did-converted-lamanites-call-themselves-anti-nephi-lehies
Had a thought regarding "buried their weapons of peace". The weapons at that point had been made bright--no longer stained.. A metaphor of their souls.... As you quoted "twas I, but tis not I". Perhaps Mormon didn't make an error, certainly it didn't have to be translated in that way. Perhaps the weapons made bright were no longer war weapons. They were at peace with God and self, therefore anything then in their hands- would be weapons of peace... Of which they buried and then allowed themselves to be that tool-- a weapon of peace in God's hand, as they laid down their lives for the hope that was in them--their salvation and the salvation of their brethren who were slaying them, whom they had once been like. Once weapons of war...now weapons of peace.
We aren't trying to emphasize mistakes in the sense that the Book of Mormon is wrong. Rather, we are trying to point out the humanity of Mormon in his writing that as he is writing he realizes he can say things more precisely and so he does so. Hope that helps!
Thank you for clarifying the mistake Moroni made in verse 19. Just another testament that Joseph Smith didn't write the Book of Mormon. He would have corrected it by taking it out.
I thought anti-Nephi Lehi ‘s meant they were not descendants of Nephi (the brother of Laman) but were descendants of Lehi, their grandfather (or however many “greats” in their lineage. They were eliminating that they were children of Laman and Lemuel, who had chosen worldly values.

Yet another refreshing discovery amongst the many this year under your stirring tutelage of the Book of Mormon. Have a great week!
Thank you Daryl!
Tyler & Taylor, we have enjoyed your insights and your testimonies each week. We continue to learn from you both and you have been a vital part of our efforts to stay with the “Come Follow Me” lessons. We are grateful for you both.
Thank you for the kind and encouraging words!
How excellent this section is! I need to return to listen to it again after I have read the assigned chapters. Thank you so very much for being inspired to know how much these videos are helping me personally! 💙
Thank you for sharing your experience!
Thanks for spending time with us Linda!
Great insights Blake, as always!
Thank you my friend🙏🏻 Your break down of specific word origins give great context to each scripture block !!
Thank you for this lesson all of it especially your final story about The character of Scrub. I really needed this entire lesson today. Thank you for being instruments.
Great to have you part of one of the largest Sunday School classes on the internet!
Thank u for all joy info each lesson.
I dont see it as a mistake or correction, it matches in my Portuguese thought pattern way 😇thus I see why there are miscommunication situations in my life
:)
Thanks for finding this!
God Bless!
This is an incredible story, inspiring, and moving. Thank you for sharing.

My mind was blown when you explained the difference between anti and nty!!! That helps so much!!
Excellent!
Dear brethern, I am so grateful for you. You have so profound or deep knowledge of the Book of Mormon. I love to learn from you every week.
Thank you!
We love sharing. And we love all those who spend time in this virtual Sunday School class.
Dang Brothers! That was fantastic.

Wonderful lesson. I have learned so much from the both of you.
This week's lesson was another favorite!!! The story of Eustis was a wonderful analogy! These lessons truly remind me of the classes I took at Ricks after my mission and the stories Elder Holland would share with us at the Devotionals!
Thank you Cindy for being such a great supporter!
Awww boy, you got me against the end 😢. Your lesson endings have hit many chords for me. When I'm looking for inspiration for my weekly email messages to the Singles Adults in my Stake over Lockdown in the UK, wondering what to share, your endings are an answer to my prayers. Thank you 🙂

Thank you!
Thank U for adding subtittles ! It helps a lot comprehension ! You guies are great !
Glad this helped!
Excellent as always ! Thank you
Thank you!
Love you guys, your insights and teaching style. Thanks for your devotion and many hours of preparation. Taylor and Tyler, T & T, maybe you should consider renaming these Teach and Testify - Book of Mormon; Teach and Testify - New Testament etc.
That's a great idea!

Thank you for this beautiful note!
Yes, a great analogy of what it really means to become an instrument in God’s hand. I could feel it, lol, and we have to always be prepared.
Great lesson 👍
Thank you Levi!

yep!
Thank you.
Thanks for your insights, Kim!
Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much
You bet!
Regarding the mistake in 24:19, the thought that came to me is that prior to their conversion that is how they got peace, was through war. Now that they have been converted, they see that it wasn't really peace but war.
Thanks for sharing this insight!
Thank you!
You bet!
I went to Book of Mormon Central to find the 2 knowhys that were suggested at the beginning of the discussion. I could not find them anywhere. That was a little disappointing but I'm okay. I still love you both and I know that the Book of Mormon is true. 😉
There's a search at the top of the Knowwhy page. Just type in 131
sorry about that: knowhy.bookofmormoncentral.org/knowhy/why-did-converted-lamanites-call-themselves-anti-nephi-lehies
Thanks for sharing these ideas!
Thanks MrT =)
Thank you so much!
And I thought I wasn't going to find anything to watch at two in the morning. Was I ever wrong.
Thank you!
Thanks for giving info about "anti"!
Pretty amazing, isn't it? :)
Thank you for mentioning my Great-great- great grandfather Isaac Behunin.
Any connection to the Behunin family that settled in Capitol Reef and Fruita Utah?
Taylor Halverson thank you for your lessons. If their last name is Behunin then we are related but distantly, through Grandpa Isaac Behunin. He settled in Zion’s Canyon and gave it it’s name.
I love your lessons and use your insight every week for our Come Follow Me lessons. 😇😇❤️
0:38 - Brought to the knowledge of the Lord.
Thanks for watching.
The “mistake” in alma 43 occurs on the scriptures in English version because of the word “from”. In Portuguese scriptures we don’t have the same mistake, in fact both parts of the verse speak the same thing but in other words, almost wordy. I believe the same difference occurs in other languages.
Interesting!
Thank you
You are welcome!
Possible.
Thanks for mentioning this!
How is it that whenever your videos, you always touch on a subject I am struggling with and give me the message I am needing to hear?😭🙏❤️
Thank you!
We are working on Portuguese transcription and hope to have those released in a few weeks :)
Wonderfull! Thank you sooooo much.
Taylor, thank you so much for taking the time to reply! I agree the scriptures aren't totally clear on this point. Thank you for all you're doing.

Yeah, we aren't trying to make a big deal of this. And there are various ways to understand the passage. Thanks for sharing your insights.
So what is the difference between prospering (having gods presence), and prospering in the land? And as always great lessons! Cause their are so many little lessons within one lesson!
two stages (1) having God's presence in the land and then (2) having the blessings of life: food, shelter, relationships, material means.
Thank you! That is very helpful to understanding what I read
I was taught that it was “nty” which meant “ with”. It was in a BYU video, maybe Nibley.
More research has come out. Check out BMC's article on this topic here: knowhy.bookofmormoncentral.org/knowhy/why-did-converted-lamanites-call-themselves-anti-nephi-lehies
SUBTITLES!!!! Yes! I'm Brazilian and I speak English, but I'm sure the subtitles would expand even more the influence of your class.
We are hoping to have Spanish and Portuguese subtitles soon!

@@taylorhalverson3052 Sorry I don't see any error here.. who are we to say that it's a mistake?
@@boredhatchi5297 exactly! the weapons stand for peace, they bury the weapons, which is synonymous with peace. at least for that group.
