fixed mine by advanced>Uninstall features, then Uninstall updates. this forced Windows 10 to restore before last update.. thanks for the vid!!!!

@@ardx9 no i ended up getting a different windows device getting a usb stick and installing windows on the usb then inserting the usb into your device where windows has malfunctioned and boot from the bios and select windows and thats whats fixed mine
@@Kbuckzztoolocked does it delete all the files on specified computer that has malfunctioned? Like personal files?
