    Please note I used this product in a way that is not recommended by the manufacturer. I also used it on one spot at a time to test my reaction to it and also so I don't have a bunch of skin lesions at the same time. The skin after treatment was discolored and appeared bruised and scabby at first until it healed over. It is not safe to place it all over your skin.

    Yea this does work. Its better than the nitrous oxide freeze off version too. It takes off like a layer of dead skin for me. I use the compound gel version and just put vaseline on it right after. And every day after washing my face and showering. This time i'm leaving it on for 3 days instead of instantly washing it off on some old spots. In another older video on here the girl left hers on for 3 days and she said it just fell off after that. Since they're old spots the longer I leave it on the better probably

    I just came to your channel because I wondered where you were and this video showed up. I love your explanation as to where you have been 🤣🤣🤣 I too have regrets and survived in ways that damaged my health. As a matter of fact living in this current age is not easy. My #1 tip for taking care of your skin is - just drink water. I have coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day. My Dad just turned 90 and I got that tip from him. Blessings to you and your family!

    Ive tried this in the past, it worked for me. No pain that I recall - scabbed over and when the scab fell off, the sun spot was gone.

    Compound W’s largest active ingredient is acid (17%). It works well for warts and skin tags, but I’d be apprehensive using it for age spots.

    Hi, carrot seed oil serum removed my sun damage age spots on my lower eyelid. I don't know how long it took because I wasn't paying attention to it. One day, I just noticed the 2 spots were gone. They haven't come back. It might work for other people too.

    I removed an age spot on my right forearm. Used 17% Salicylic Acid Compound. Yes it works if one is appropriately diligent. Don't wound yourself in other words.
    OH ... also used it on a tiny wart-like thing on my lower eye lid.

    Glad to see you're back......I hope!
    I try to get enough sleep.
    I protect myself from the sun as much as possible.
    I try to eat healthy
    Use decent skin care. Mine is Paula's choice.
    And most important, I do intermittent fasting. It's not for everyone, but it changed my health.
    If anyone reads comments and you're interested, make sure you do tons of research....I did.
    Jason Fung is on youtube, and he has a fantastic book.
    Like I said, intermittent fasting is not for everyone, but the health benefits are amazing.💕

    Good to see you QH! And no worries, I know many people who took a little hiatus over the summer. Sometimes it’s just a good thing to do. :) I have noticed I have a brownish spot near my right eye..it’s such a common location for those, ugh.

    Good to see you back. I know a lot of the age spots I have is hereditary. All of us kids, and my mom, have big brown spots on our hands and also on our backs, much more than a regular sun spot. I wonder if 'the treatment' would help with those, since the skin on your hands is a little tougher than the face. There's one on my face I'd love to get rid of too. Also, when I mind my diet, stick to low carb, after a few months my skin is clear and healthy.

    Just subscribed! Love your advice and outlook on life. What is so weird is I bought a Walmart version of that last night and used it on the exact same thing! I figured sayilic acid would do the trick. I've used it on skin tags before also. Look forward to all your content ☺️

      Becks, I have never seen a spot on you! I always that you had porcelain skin when I watched. If you try this just do one spot at a time since it burns skin off and you don't want a bunch of lesions at the same time. Also, don't do it on raised age spots or pimples. Let me know if you have any other questions. XOXO

    Welcome back!🥰 I was worried, hoping you were okay and kept checking your channel periodically to see if I’ve been missing your posts. Great video! I have just recently been thinking I need to up my skincare game. I use Cerave face wash. My favorite toner is a splurge (Clinique), and I am very good about moisturizing and using SPF, but I’m not great at consistently using anything else. I have sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts, and the smallest bit of oil triggers acne, so everything I use on my face is oil-free. It’s been difficult finding anti-aging products that don’t contain oil. Anyway, glad to see your smiling face again!😊

    • @TheQuaintHousewife
      @TheQuaintHousewife  Год назад

      Aww thanks Tabbycakes. It sounds like you have the basics covered! I think there is a market for non-comedogenic anti-aging products that isn't being filled. I also have the same problem. I have combination skin that will break out from oily products. I thought that would have calmed by my age. It's why I used aloe vera here instead of petroleum jelly or Neosporin. I didn't want to cause a pimple or another bad reaction when trying to heal! XOXO

    I actually put this all over my body earlier this summer for seborrheic keratosis and I had so many open sores, I had to stop. Peeling that white stuff off just peeled my skin right off. I emailed the company and they told me not to peel it off like that, but to soak it with a washcloth. But that was not easy to do. You must have less sensitive skin than mine.

    • @TheQuaintHousewife
      @TheQuaintHousewife  Год назад

      Wow, I never heard of putting it all over. I hope you are healing and feeling better. It does peel the skin off. My skin is somewhat sensitive in some areas. I put the product on one spot at a time, only flat spots. It took me about 1.5 months with some break time in there to use it on the three or four spots mentioned here. The product is not intended for using it the way I did.

      @MsACC2011 Год назад

      I have a bunch of raised spots on my chest area that I hate and I dotted that on there all at once, which ended up being quite scary. It's high strength SA, so you can't put it on anything you want to get rid of. I even put it on a big pimple I got on my back from my bra strap rubbing there, and a skin tag.@@TheQuaintHousewife
