Sims 3 How To Populate A Town
Have you downloaded a world from the Exchange or elsewhere and its empty?
Would you like a few more Townies in your current world?
I'm attempting to show you how to do that using NRAAS Story Progression mod.

Yeah its kind of confusing to figure out what you're looking for, but if you also have NRAAS story progression it is giving you feedback on what's happening in the town. Thanks for stopping by and supporting the channel, it mean a lot to me.😊

hi pls could you do a video on how to download custom worlds step by step for people who have no idea what theyre doing???
you download the world as if its a normal mod !! so i downloaded alpine county since its a .sims3pack file i installed it through the launcher then loaded up my game and went to select worlds and it was there. if its a package file and it was a compressed file with saves, cc and what not for the world there are instructions in the zip to help u if u still need help im literally always here

How do you turn the Nraas Story Progression notifications off?
Go into Map View and click on the City Hall, then click on the following interactions in turn:
NRaas
Story Progression...
In the first screen that comes up choose General Options
Then All Stories
You will see a list of choices
Click on the ones you want, or None

Having 32GB of RAM helps alot. I have an 8 core processor, but its not overclocked. My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with 6GB of RAM. There are specific settings that also help the game run well, and I build all my own computers.
Now in the videos I recorded them with 1440p display setting and it makes it hard to read, but the information will still answer your question.

What if there is no city hall?
Every town has a city hall. If you don't have one you need to pick another town or reinstall the one you are trying to use. modthesims.info/t/370424
I just edited the town - I downloaded a reworked Strangetown and had to add in buildings.

everybody in my town now has [NPC name] [NPC surname] [My families surname], what to do?
So how did that happen? Because by default TS3 lists sims in town by one surname and if they marry whoever proposed it's their surname first followed by a hyphen then the other spouse's last name.
CleoSim I really don't know did what you did and this happen so I'm curious how to fix it
