lol maybe, though don't want to do one that's "for all' as we aren't all the same shape length and size etc, so wouldn't want everyone to do the same thing. As if someone practices something that really wouldn't work with their body type, then they might do more harm then help

When I am Bowling I try to be as fluid as can be to the line and then instead of sliding I actually plant and my arm is more of a pendulum or a lever and it actually takes less force to create more power

@OskuPalermaa300 yeah I did 2 handed with a rino one day and it seemed like the ball just knew what to. I was throwing like 25 or so at the arrows getting out to 10 and hooking back late down the lane. Bowling is hella fun when it seems like you can't get it wrong. Unfortunately I suck and don't have those days often.

More fluent timing, faster release and "easiest" way, get your hand more under the ball
