To argue the spanish side were stacked hence he had it easy, it just purely the worse argument ever heard in football history. The same argument they used against Messi when he didn't win title for argentina with stacked players, only to win with a bunch of players nobody hardly knew about.
Also similar to Real Madrid dominating Europe in early 2000s only fell so hard when they started to 'Stack' their squad.

If you wanna know how good Xavi and Iniesta was, a top player like Fabregas had to sit on the bench and a magician like David Silva had to play as a winger.

Comparing Luka with other midfielder’s(Zidane, Xavi, Iniesta,Pirlo) is like comparing Messi, cr7 to R9, Maradona, Ronaldinho etc. talent wise other Midfielder’s got an one percent advantage But If you consider overall, professional football, longevity, consistency as well as with Great Talent & performance Players Like Luka, Messi, CR7's are G.O.A.T. no doubt about that. Being at top level for 15-20 years is not easy even if you’re talented. We use probability to say If players like Maradona R9 was more disciplined could have achieved more but these guys did that. Give them some respect. You’ve to utilise properly the power God given you. That's what makes you great cause you respected the talent worked on it, consistent for a long period of time rather than played for 5-6 years then wasted your talent & being in the fantasy in people’s mind like if they played, if they did that, didn’t that they would've been given more. Nonetheless every player is different, they entertained us with their magic we should respect & enjoy them not comparing them. We're not the manager that if I think this player is better than that let me play him & bench the other. Enjoy the sport & the Players as long as they play.
for cr7, iniesta and modric you clearly can pick 5 players that were better in their positions. in modric case xavi, matthäus, schooles all were clearly better and played as long. it can be an argument to be the best just cause you play forever. i would still pick r9, müller and van basten over players like cr7 just cause they were better footballers.
Brother whoever made this video go do a research on Andres Iniesta who won Spain their 1st world cup in 2010 with solo goal and is the only player with MoM in WC final, Euros final and Champions League finale. He literally had some of the best players in the world making him look better than he was. The guy was nearly 30 years old before anyone gave a damn about him. All the other midfield greats from that era were better than him.

Others like Gerrard, Lampard,Scholes were better but my question is Xavi from 08-12. Not even a single player in the world can claim that he was better than Xavi 08 -12. That including Messi as f9 too. 08/09 is arguably the best season ever for a midfielder. And he is system player ,with limited skills but saw what all he did. In tiki taka he was the system. So that's the case. No played come close to him in prime and he lead team to win a lot both country and club

But I think that Modric is abowe them, I'm from Croatia and maybe that's the reason for that. 😅 But also I am a HUGE fan of Barcelona, Xavi and Iniesta together were magic.. I think if Modric was from any other "big" country, Brazil, Spain, France he well be more appriciated.
