Around the same price. Problem was trying to source a bed with holes for fender flares. Also these will have no filler and one coat of paint. Many benefits
Great work mark you make it look so easy fella youa and all your brothers and your dad are actually amazing at what you guys do man should be so proud at what you do bro like always 👌👌👌✨🗽✨🎭✨👑✨👍✨👍👍👍✨🏴
Dang I wish I had a buddy like you around. I have so many small projects on several cars I'd like advice/help on. Paint chips, small dents, rusty rocker panel, lightly smashed passenger headlight area, just to name a few.
I’m surprised that this kind of damage occurs on vehicles that have been repaired,I hear about it a lot.just bad karma.great video, truck definitely worth saving.impressive as always Mark.just keep doing your thing.😎😎😎👍👍👍
I had 😅a 1975 Mustang II and rear-ended another vehicle, requiring a new hood, fiberglass front end and grille. A year later, I was on I-75 on a snowy morning and a semi rear-ended me, crushing the quarter panels at the trunk floor level. It was a borderline total, I chose to total it after a second wreck.
Hi Mark !!! Got now little break in jobb( Norway) ,open youtube and .... came your content on youtube fella. As usual mate you both with your brother Ben are amazing guys. Collaboration together. Greetings from Norway
wow some folk have all the luck eh - still got to say, it amazes me the damage done to US vehicles when the speed limit is only 50 mph - which again as Marky points out, the reckless driver must be speeding, so does this mean any Americans driving over 50, simply cannot drive haha - come over to the UK and we'll scare the panties off you spanking along at a regular 70, don't forget, our roads have bends, lots of 'em - stay safe kiddies
why not just replace the entire bed , seems that would save a ton on labor , that happened to me one time with a car i had painted , i drove out of the body shop and went two blocks and someone ran a red light and totaled the car , but i got to enjoy it for 6 minutes
I agree with you. I think it would have been cheaper just to replace the bed. Not brand new of course, but I know there are plenty of beds out there scuff and shoot. I just don't understand I guess
We could not source one with the holes for the flares 👍 and replacing bedsides is more cost efficient than you’d think. Also used bedsides could have damage and whatnot. These will be new metal with no filler on the faces 😁
@@Motorheadco It seems so intersting how the owner of the truck , conviently got into an accident that damaged the exact areas he didnt want to pay for initially , then miraculasly,he now has dmage that gets covered by insurance ,to convienient
@@jerrygiarratana9462 not what happened at all, are you suggesting someone decided to get rammed in the rear at 70mph to save some money? That’s absurd

Man - you have nailed this. Get paid to do great jobs, that you don't have to fund yourself AND run your YT channel off it.
Everyone wins. !!!
Thanks Mark ! Great job on the Ram truck, you are a very talented guy. Job well done !
Thank you 😁
Awesome work, shame it got wrecked so soon after the first repair.
Mark, you are definitely becoming a master mate! Keep Orange Crushing It!
It would be interesting to find out what a new/used bed would cost compared to this labour intensive work on the old bed.

@@Motorheadco now that sounds very logical , Thanks !!!
A used bed could have a rust issue starting, especially if it came from a Northern state.
Mark what happened to your yellow Honda 2000 and your girlfriend’s Miata? Did you sell them?😊 1:18
I traded the s2000 for my m3 and her Miata had bad rust and a locked up motor unfortunately. Looking for a better example
