It's just straight up encryption. It can't be faked, it can't be (easily) brute forced, it just is what it is. The keys are faked... in a fpkg(hence the name) which happens after decryption of the retail pkg when it is encrypted again but with a known key. With a retail pkg the key is randomly generated.
You would need the passcode to decrypt a retail pkg. You have to dump the retail disc and then use the fake package tools to turn it into a fpkg. Same with updates. So, No

The 11.52 System-Update failed as shown but I wonder if it is still possible for the PS4 to update its firmware and ruin your jailbreak when restarted and connected to the internet and GoldHen not reactivated even though it is on the internal HDD. Or is it because GoldHen is on the internal HDD blocking the system update? I usually block the internet connection when I fully shutdown/reboot the console till i restart GoldHen through PPPwn completely but is it really necessary?

You see when I try to copy PKG files to my external usb or hard drive. It takes about 2-3 hours for it to copy when game size is about 3 gb but when I try any file that is not PKG that is about the same size that of 2-3 gb. It takes less than 2-3 hours. It takes about 10-20 minutes to get copied. So can you tell us how can we improve our copy transfer speed of PKG files inside usb or external hard disk. It would be or great help. long time ago i discovered this feature in apollo save data ,i though i accidentally update my ps4,the game in my ps4 suddenly updating for no reason at all,when i click the apollo and click the activation setting i suddenly see some random playstation stuff.when i try to click the activate button ,nothing happen,but when i checked my notifciation ,my game suddenly updating

Apparently we need to download fake update packages with fake games. Most of rom site includes those updates up to certain firmware.

It's just straight up encryption. It can't be faked, it can't be (easily) brute forced, it just is what it is. You have to get an fpkg with the update you want. Updates and DLC are installed the same way as games.
