Hmm, alles gut, ich verwende statt WD 40 oder Korrosionsschutz lieber Ballistol Universalöl. Gibt es nicht nur als Spray, in der Flasche finde ich die Handhabung sinnvoller und einfacher. Geht halt fast nichts vorbei. Achja, es gibt noch Vorschriften die schließen in den meisten Ländern das Waschen von Fahrzeugen auf Privatgrundstücken und an der Straße aus. Erlaubt ist das nur, wo das Abwasser nicht in die Oberflächenentwässerung gelangen kann - also nur an den Waschstationen, Tankstellen etc.

Well, you should probably be very careful with water pressure... under the "tank" and the seat there are a lot of cables, connectors and things that would probably not react well to direct water pressure. I´ve seen the "trick" somewhere to point the hose on the ground next to the bike and only use the spray water to actually clean the bike.
Diese sicher nötige und penible Pflege ist natürlich nur in einer passenden Umgebung möglich. Wer seine Bonfire im Kalten (Garage oder vor dem Haus) abstellen muss, der hat hier deutlich schlechtere Karten.
