My experience These blue light glasses really work . I had frequent headaches and blurry vision ( mild) due to long exposure of screen. Even after all the filters and excercise etc (including what you mentioned) nothing good happened. Before the condition worsen I consulted a doctor and was recommended these glasses with -0.25 power. Results : headaches reduced drastically , blurry vision cured 90% , eye strain gone within 6 months that too without reducing the screen time. Now I only need to wear these glasses while on screen ( that too only for prevention) , before I used to wear it everytime. Update: previously I has -0.25 power in both eyes, now one of my eyes got completely cured (no power) and the other has the same power as before. All this just because I followed the doctor's advice properly. This time a new doctor checked my eyes, said that I had good eyesight and even my internal eye was perfect and he also prescribed blue cut glasses for me.

My experience
