  • Hello friends!
    Thank you for tuning in for another video! I hope you enjoy this video of me getting ready for the gym for the first time in 2 MONTHS. If we're being completely honest, I haven't gone consistently in over 3 or 4 months. It was a Tuesday, so I started this journey back to consistency with quads and it left me SO sore. I haven't been in that much pain since I first started being active and that kind of makes me sad.
    I have definitely lost motivation, muscle tone and definition, endurance, mobility, you name it. I plan to document my journey on this channel so I hope you enjoy! Please be nice with your words. :')

    I feel you on eating at that time. I eat corn cakes before the gym and my body does not want to swallow them it’s a struggle 🥲

      I used to do protein yogurt but even that's hard sometimes. It's simply too early 🥴
