I am so excited to learn animal movement training. I have been wanting the Movement 20xx for about a year. With the current sale, I finally decided to buy the program. I am a triathlete and runner for years and this feels so new, exciting and right. Thank you for creating the program and inspiring me with your flow videos.
Animal Movements are truly great, took me while to realize this. They build the body in a amazing way and kind of sparks the spontanious mover into being. I do flows from Movement 20xx, 3x a week. Thanks for the update of the Program with new flows btw!. Movement training is the main focus of my workouts right now, but I also do some more conventional strenght work after.
@@DeepakBaruthwaj I'm sure you know there's more places to work out than in the gym. Plenty of space in my house. & My family supplies the strange looks. So I don't need to leave the house for that.
Thank you Vahva. I started these animal movements in the gym. Currently I watch Aero's videos on YT. After 3 months I feel so much looser. The fun part is the looks and stares I get from other members in the gym!
Learn movement is a great thing but the better movement are the refine and small movements and among the small movements the better movement is not moving at all. This is why they created yoga, to learn the art of stay still. Movement training is just the root and this is why is so important to practice whit a good method. Stay still, stay strong👊

Great to hear 🙏 Keep it up
I just started trying this a couple times a week. It's hard but so very satisfying. And as I get better it feels like play.
Do you do this in the gym? If so, do you get strange looks?

Wait... we're not supposed to walk on all fours on the streets? I'm sorry... that's not a rule.
