The best era of Tool 92-98 Maynard up front in different attire yelling his ass off, No thrills just great hypnotic music and people with an open mind and body allowing the music to release their tensions and the environment absorb the energy that creates. Danny Octopus Arms Carey the Rock star of Tool in my opinion never disappoints. Great show and another flawless performance 👏🏽👏🏽✌🏽♥️
Was there.
I was there. My first concert. Show was amazing. It really was a tiny space, definitely the most intimate Tool show I’ve ever seen… All floor, no seating. It was also the first time that I heard the extended version of Stinkfist (for those keeping track, even as the extended version of Stinkfist, this one is longer and structured differently with the drum pad at the beginning of the bridge and not the end). Maynard’s drawn-out striptease over the course of the show, the little video vignettes they played, etc.; there was an energy to this show that was still very low-key and guerrilla before they started really putting money and effort into their shows. Personally, I will forever miss this era of Live Tool, when things were dark and mysterious - I think it made Maynard a little more comfortable with being out-front and expressive.

Dang, I was like a freshman in high school when I went to this show. I remember how cool it was cuz it was so small and they were like right there. I was lucky to be able to go to this one.

I remember this show...Melvins opened for them. No alcohol was sold at show for some reason...

@@sixscalemafia dude I was getting pissed too!! The sound in that place was so bad and they were just making a bunch of fucking noise. I actually like the Melvins but they were killing me that night. Hahahaha
