Alot of pros in lower leagues wear Premiers. That's why Nike released the SGs first. Remove all the marketing hype with its other boots and the Premiers are actually the best boots Nike makes
Josh! U can cut the velcro off the laces part too. They have a part to make another loop to make a whole on the to tongue so the laces can go underneath
Can you now kinda "blackout" those boots by painting the nike swoosh with a black marker?? I think that would be a good ideia because these boots give you the sensation that you can modify, and since the swoosh is sintetic material i dont see any problem, and just like without the tongue, I think that they will look way better
So I have THREE pairs of Premiere 3 boots: Firm Ground (FG) in Red, Soft Ground (SG) in Blue, and Artificial Turf in Black. Before these, I started with the Premier 1 when they were new, and then wore the Premiere 2, both in FG. I play twice a week - once on turf and once on a variety of surfaces. The Premier 1 had a normal tongue which I was used to and was just fine (nice padding on it too), and the 2's were my first exposure to a foldover tongue, but it was such nice, supple leather that it folded over cleanly and stayed quite flush on the laces and I got used to it quickly. The synthetic foldover tongues of the 3 are all a disappointment: they DO NOT fold over cleanly and flush - the material is stiff and never breaks in, and frequently the velcro is not sticky enough to hold it in place. I feel like my volleys were hit inconsistently because the tongue was always moving around! After many months of hoping they would behave, I cut off 6 tongues off three pairs last week. "Method 2" is definitely the way to go: fold back the tongue to expose the base layer and then gently snip BETWEEN the rows of stitching, which results in a super-clean look which is also quite comfortable. Snip off the velco too: there's a pair of slits underneath the velcro to pass your laces through, though I needed a screwdriver to scrap away the adhesive between the layers of material. This past week my volleys and instep strikes have been much more consistent and accurate, and I even managed a hat trick in one game. I really LOVE these boots, but I should NOT have waited to remove the foldover tongue. Neither should you.
@@bamba_boy The SG and FG boots are excellent, though I must advise you they run a little small. I was a size 12 in Premier 1 and 2, but I needed 12.5 in ALL THREE of my Premier 3's. Having played on the P3 Turf some more, I have concluded I am not a fan. The Turf model is overbuilt kind of like a basketball sneaker instead of a sleek profile like the FG and SG. I've since switched to the Tiempo 9 Pro model for Turf, which remains sleek and fits well, but the leather isn't Kangaroo on the Pro model, so it isn't as supple and needed time to break in. My Premier's never needed and break-in at all. I hope this helps.
How do i tell if my boots are fake or not if i already have them?? I searched on google, it says for regular shoes, if the serial number is the same on both boots, its fake, if not they are real. Mine are not, does that mean they are real?
I wouldn’t have cut the fold over tongue off if they didn’t pop off from the Velcro every 3 seconds. Super annoying why even waste $ putting the tongue on if they can’t even stick to the Velcro lol

I'd rival the current Tiempo with the premiers

The fact that no one has the fg version must mean the factories overseas are backed up…kinda surprising we’re still getting boots at all
There is no fg version available as for right now... Maybe it comes later
The FGs released in Singapore a month or so ago. I just noticed them in the US Nike store this week. Already have my order placed.
Best way to do it is fold it inside , that way you can keep the tongues, I always tucked the tongue in on my copa mundial and World Cup
Me too
if you cut the tongue could you still return them!!!?
They kinda remind me of The R10s
That's exactly what I've said and I loved those boots
I loved the white and gold ones they made in his honor

Don’t use pens. Use actual paint for plastic.
@@Luaone no that paint is going to chip off easily after a wear. the best way is using leather dye + finish
Can literally buy boot paint
Adidas Busenitz skate shoe has that same “feature”. It’s a cool idea since I did it everytime with mine
busenitz vulc 2 forever 😁 and I wouldn't cut mine ever

How are the boots overall I have never used Premiere myself usually play with Tiempos, I am procrastinating on buying the Turf version of the boot...
@@bamba_boy I’ve had tiempo legend 5’s and I think the prem 3 are better
Thank you!
Super helpful, thanks!

Damn josh, is it bulking season?
The velcro on the laces is supposed yo get cut off too, and there is a slit you and weave your laces through on the leather piece under the velcro
got a picture?
Thank you 1000 times.
Felt almost criminal to cut it, but they played amazing, much worth it
Any idea when the firm ground version will be released?
they remind me of a leather version of a vapor 8 and i love them
Great Video Jubilani
adidas did the same with the copa gloro a few years ago
Sooo much better looking now… don’t hate
Will there be other colorways?
Razor Blade would work better .. but it looks lot better without tongue

Unlace the boots for an easier cut...
Can you remove Velcro also on tongue?
You can cut off the velcro loop !!!!!! - There’s a non velcro loop underneath it.
Hi jorginhov. Could you make comparison between mizuno neo 3 classic with neo 3 beta?
Can you review the unozero cleats pretty please!!!
Does ist make any sense to do the same with de premier 2?
It looks stupid though to have the exposed velcro in the laces after
When are the FG of these coming out? The SG has been out for about a month now but no FG or TF yet
I would assume that Nike will be putting out an FG version anytime now.
They just dropped in the US Nike store this week.
Do they have ACC?
Are stud removable?
Yes
What happened to the car channel?
Why is there literally no other reviews of the premier 3 on yt did u get them early or something??
They aren’t available in the US
Luckily Romario never did this
Can u do review for joma futsal shoes
With the tounge my touch was aids , I cut the tounge and became prime Cantona
I have The tiempo Próximo X turf, aré so much closer to that premier
Tengo los Tiempo Próximo X pasto sintético y son lo más parecido a esos premier

clean the boots man
JOSHH!
I have wide feet and I play center back. Would you recommend this pair or tiempo 9
i have wide feet and like the feel of these premier III's in the indoor and turf versions. have not tried the SG or FG versions yet
