      @@bokolle hypertension yes. But there are many problems one can have with the heart. One of them being plaque buildup in the arteries, which comes from a diet high in trans and saturated fats. Foods high in saturated fats would be fatty meat and butter/ghee. This meal is 90% butter. It is worth noting however that a single meal isn't going to kill you if you lead an otherwise healthy life. The dose makes the poison.

Not to mention humans have been eating saturated fats for literally forever and heart disease wasn’t that common since the beginning of the 20th century, which is About the same time unsaturated fat consumption increased drastically.

    Honestly, I cannot think of anything more decadent, people talk about how high-class cuisine is just using simple, high-quality ingredients, and bringing out their best.     I think this is my first over comment on anything related to Korean street food... Looks perfect! Usually I'm not into these videos because they're too over the top for me. Meaning food is packed with too many condiments and extras. I like combining flavors by with rich food I personally more like to taste and enhance the main flavor rather drown it.

    All jokes aside, this is one of the most creative ways I've ever seen a steak prepared. Seared on cast iron, smoked, sliced, then fried and basted in boiling clarified butter. Still ending up perfectly rare at the end. Kudos to the chef

    For those who are saying that he used way to much bitter or it's horrible to cook this way just know that it was cooked down into clarified butter which means all the water was evaporated and the milk solids where then skimmed off the top. The clarified butter has a much higher smoke point thats why it can be used like this without turning brown or burning..it tastes a 1000x better

      fat is actually good for you! Sugar companies actually paid off scientists to turn people against fat and so people would buy more sugar filled food.
      There’s only so much fat and protein your body can handle within a day, so pretty much you can eat a lot of it and lose weight as your body won’t store it which unlike with sugar and carbs your body can have unlimited amounts and continue to store it!

      He didn't trim the fat, as tenderloin doesn't have much fat at all. He cut away the other muscles leaving just the main part of the tenderloin , and cut off the membrane or silver skin. That's how you trim a beef tenderloin. But tenderloin has little to no fat. That's' why filet mignon is often served with some sort of sauce heavy in butter or cream, particularly in French cooking.
